The service here has really gone down hill. They mess up the orders almost every time now. My family went through the drive through st 6:20 pm today and set there for 10 min. Then we ordered 3 biggie bags with no mayo on the JBC’s. We got mayo. This is not the first time either. I most likely will not be back.

I rarely have any issues with quality of food or an incorrect order at this location. The service is fast and sometimes it seems the employees are rushing, even when the line is slow. On occasion they talk so fast, it’s hard to hear what they are saying and they will have drinks in hand out the window in your face, before you can even put your change or cc away. I am not sure if they are timed, but it just looks like they are under a lot of pressure. Always friendly, but certainly more fast paced than others. Some might think that’s a good thing, it just makes me feel rushed.

We went here to eat on 7/7/23 around 4:30pm, 3 of us ordered 3 different burgers and all of them were made wrong. When we tried to have them corrected, only one came back correct, the other two were still wrong. Biggest issue with them was when people order BACON burgers they should at the very least have bacon on them.

I love going to this Wendy’s in Delaware. I have severe food allergies and anytime I go through the drive thru an mention these “no bun” it’s like they know it’s me. My food is always prepared and packed separately from my sons/boyfriends. They also give me extra toppings for my potato since they know I can’t eat much.

Wendy’s is getting expensive. This place is always packed at lunch, drive thru line is typically out into the street. I dined inside, it was incredibly slow, even though they had plenty of workers. Managers should not send workers on lunch break during lunch break rush hour, saw that first hand – bad timing by the manager.
