Always consistent in customer service and orders. We have been using this location for the past 5 or 6 years. By passing two other locations that are similarly close to us to go to this one. I hate spending money on inedible or inaccurate food orders. Much appreciated!!!
It is always appreciated to not leave a drive thru or restaurant having had negative interactions. I try to be a decent customer and don’t mind neutral interactions. Such a relief to have not had to worry about this at this location. Thanks again.

The smell inmediately you entry is really badike old oil, even that I bought tenders and french fries ,one if the emoyes was serving with no gloves and I saw her nails dirty, the other one in the cashier was wearing gloves but with the same hand who touch the money also touched the orders ,this is disgusting…..I really feel nauseas….I trough my order in the trash ….
The employes should be clean ,they are serving food!!!

The chicken sandwich I loved, has become a “scratch off” lottery ticket. You know now you are likely to be disappointed with your choice, but you do it anyway. Tough, grisly parts of a bird you couldn’t find if the carcass was laying in front of you. I do not mind paying good money, for quality meat, but I fear they have lost me for good. Needed to make a quick lunch stop today, decided to get a #1 Dave’s Single large combo at this location. It was fairly difficult to see from 23 but easily accessed from turning at the light and going through the Kroger parking lot. There were two cars ordering in front of me, it took 7 minutes for me to get in line and drive off with my food.
The burger did look a little wonky with the lettuce it had on it, but still fresh and quick!

They made me wait for a small pumpkin spice cold brew… Had me pull over to the side to wait for 20 mins and I think they forgot about me, so I had to enter the establishment as I’m pretty sure they forgot me. How rude… This is what I ended up with.. The guy said we totally forgot about you!!! And he made it and this is how I got it.

This was truly a “dinning experience”. I visited with Spoons while she took my order and bagged it. They have Employee Recognition Cards on the wall that I used for the experience! I had to ask to get one but did it. We All Should!

The. quality and quantity is greatly reduced the potatoes are smaller the salads and smaller the the frosts are runny it’s just sad prices are the same or higher
