Pulled in at 8:45pm. Building closed, locked up. Inside lights off, outside lights, including sign, order menu, all outdoor signs lit up to imply they are open.
Hours on door read open until 9pm. Clearly someone didn’t feeling working a full shift today.
This was around Feb 12th. I’m not positive be a I actually posted this review on the wrong Hardee’s, the one in Brandermill. I only realized my mistake just now so I wanted to be sure to remove that one and repost this on the correct one. The owner replied to that review telling me to report it on the feedback website, and sadly I did, as soon as I saw the reply, so corporate has the initial complaint and will have the exact date. My review on the wrong location was posted 3 weeks ago.
Its really a shame its so bad at this location…I live less than 2 miles from here and have since 1998. But the past 3 years have been the absolute worst in customer service, food quality, prices (charging $2 to add a slice of tomato and piece of lettuce to a $9 frozen burger is just gross, I refuse to pay that), and overall experience, including being handed cold food after having to “pull up and wait” for my order. It’s all just too much and, frankly, inexcusable.

The food is usually great at this location. The service is terrible. A few weeks ago we placed an order for pickup at breakfast time. When we went inside to get it we were ignored for over 15 min. Several times we tried to get the workers attention. When we finally did, our food had been just sitting on the counter the entire time.
We tried it again today. Placed an online order. Went inside to get it. Ignored again by the same kid working the cash register. My husband got his attention. He looked at the ticket then put it back without saying anything. Because we didn’t want to deal with him again, we are now in the Drive-thru. Our order was due about 20 minutes ago and we are still waiting. Do not go here for breakfast. You would be served faster at a sit down restaurant

Hardees has been bad and there is no sign of them getting any better. There is no standard to what they sell out of the kitchen, these two biscuits were sold at the same time. On burnt and the other soggy. Breakfast is the only time they are ever busy and they can’t get that right. And don’t get me started on them pulling cars from drive threw when nobody else is in line to keep there time at the window down. Insane!!!!

Come on hardees, this is unacceptable. I got the new $5.99 meal deal. Fries were cold and undercooked, the Coca-Cola tasted stale, and this is what i got as my double cheeseburger….i literally ate the chicken sandwich and threw the rest away. Once a year i give hardees ankther shot hoping they changed, only to be let down. Do what arbys and chickfila do…make your food MTO, with a little care. Also, go to a different hardees if you want a shake. This place never has ice cream.

A nasty attitude from the service in the drive thru. The person kept cutting off my wife not allowing her to speak. Huffing and puffing everytime she ordered an additional item.. I called and spoke to the manager he seemed genuine and cared to try to correct the issue. I hope this issue gets addressed but this is not the 1st time this has happened at this same location..
Might I also add that there were zero cars in the drive thru before or after us.

Great staff. Good, fast, hot food. Fair price – $6 for two sandwiches, fries, and drink. Restaurant was clean. Sweet tea was southern.

Hardee’s was just okay. The food came out warm, but nothing stood out. Service was fine, not particularly friendly or fast. The burger was decent, fries a bit bland, and the overall experience felt average. Not bad, but not memorable either.

Ordered the chicken biscuit combo. After I paid I was informed there was a wait on the chicken. No problem, sat for about 5 minutes. Finally open it and it looked like this!! It looked as if someone had an attitude and didn’t care.$7 for it and the chicken wasn’t all the way done, breading was mushy. Customer service has gone downhill
