I go to this Wendy’s at least 3-4 times every weekday after work. I always get 3-6 large chocolate frostys. This is getting to be ridiculous. Tonight was too far… last night all 6 weren’t even 3/4 way full but tonight!!!!! They were half full and less. These are not cheap and it’s getting worse. I called and both nights no answer so I left a message. I want my money back or to 10 large frostys for free since I have spent money on 10 large frostys the last 2 nights and got smalls basically.

This was my 2nd take out order since last year and disappointed.
I asked for mustard on my 2 croissants and got thick mayo. I hate mayo!
If I wasn’t going fishing, I’d go back and complain. The wait time was 15 minutes, they weren’t busy, as I was the only one in line,smh.

Today 5/28 I got off work later than normal after 11pm. I wanted to grab my child something to eat just in case they were still up and hungry. I paid for a kids meal and ordered myself some nuggets. The service was horrible and they threw my our food in the bag any kind of way. The fries in the kids meal were old and facing upside down in towards the bottom of the bag. If I could rate 0 stars I would this is the second time I’ve come and the shift has young rude females working. I get that it’s fast food but I will not be ordering from the anymore.

The lady at the counter was snappy but they got our order mostly right. Which is good I guess. I asked for only ketchup on my boyfriend’s chicken burger but they put lettuce and Mayo on it.

I placed an order on February 19th for delivery and never received it. I have called the store numerous times with no response. The contact center says they are going to refund me in10 -12 days and it’s been months. No help is being offered from any direction. If I could rate less than 1 i definitely would do to the hassle I’ve had to go through.
