This is my fourth visit, and unfortunately nothing has improved.
The service continues to be extremely poor, and the food quality is unacceptable. I ordered double chicken and received a very small portion that looked more like a basic salad than what was advertised. It honestly felt misleading.
On my previous visit, the meat was mostly skin more skin than actual meat which was unpleasant and difficult to eat. This has now happened more than once, which shows a consistent lack of quality control.
When a restaurant repeatedly fails on such basic details (portion accuracy, meat quality), it raises serious concerns about overall standards, including hygiene. ⚠️
Management seriously needs to step in, review operations, and ensure proper training and oversight. After multiple chances, I cannot recommend this place.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the WORST chipotle I’ve ever been to. It’s consistently bad. We will never return. Last night was the final straw. Paid $29 for a double steak bowl with extra rice. It was barely half full. The rice was hard. Steak is chewy. Missing toppings. The workers don’t give a crap. Whoever managers this location should be fired because no one cares here. They have literally been out of rice multiple times. I’m shocked that they are still in business. Should replace with something local that deserves our hard earned money. The stupid robot on support just offers a free meal. Make sure you call customer support for a REFUND. No one wants your crappy food anymore.

Ordered delivery. The portions were a joke, laughably small. Highway robbery.. both bowls received were missing multiple toppings and neither were anywhere near to full portions. Both myself and wife had to make food ourselves because we were still hungry after finishing what little they did give us. I truly love Chipotle, which is exactly why this experience felt so offensive and upsetting. After getting off work, I was exhausted, extremely hungry, and genuinely excited to finally sit down and enjoy my food. Instead, opening my order completely ruined that moment. I ordered two bowls, including a double chicken protein bowl that I paid extra for, and there was absolutely no chicken in it at all. Not a small portion none.
The bowls were insultingly small and clearly fluffed with toppings to make them look fuller than they were. Once you actually looked inside, there was basically nothing there. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was about two bites of food. Chipotle is not cheap, especially when you add double protein, so paying full price for almost nothing felt like a complete rip-off. I was still starving and had to go somewhere else just to eat an actual meal. That alone should never happen after ordering from Chipotle. When I went inside to pick up my order, the employees were messing around, unprofessional, and rude. The customer service was just as bad as the portions.
This wasn’t a simple mistake, it felt careless and disrespectful. I don’t know if they didn’t want to wait for food to cook or simply didn’t care, but either way, the customer pays the price. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience pushed me to speak up. I paid and got nothing, and I will not be returning to this location.

I may hate on this place due to their under staffing. But they seem to be working on that. I understand the difficulty in keeping good staff in this market. The drive thru is awesome for the online orders. Makes this a great option for quick dinner pickup on your way home from work.

Don’t support this location, Last money I’ll ever contribute to 222 NE Emerson ave suite 100. Ordered online and drove all the way to La Pine before eating to realize I didn’t get double chicken or double rice like I had paid for. This location has burned me several times in this exact same way. The chipotle CSR robot always gives you a free meal like that makes up for it but they lucky I drove all this way otherwise I would have tossed this pathetic excuse of chipotle back into the kitchen. My meal had about 6 pieces of chicken and a half scoop of rice. In all my years of eating chipotle this location is by far the most pathetic fast food joint I’ve ever eaten at and I’ll never give them a chance again.

Ordered on the app and got the tiniest portion I have ever received. The burrito and bowl were both like 2/3 the size of other Chipotle locations. They will gyp you here. I eat at chipotle a lot in different towns and never had this happen.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences (3+) at this chipotle. if the employees aren’t screaming at each other. They’re definitely getting your order wrong or subbing in random ingredients because they’re out of half.
