This is an AMZING location!! We ordered lunch for a small group and one of us had a gluten allergy. I went ahead and called once putting in a door dash order to make sure a glove change was done before preparing a lettuce wrapped burger to make sure there would be no cross contamination. Deondre was the one who picked up and assured me that he would see that he personally makes the burger. He also made sure to put that burger in a separate bag away from the others which was going above and beyond! The food was delicious and I appreciate the care that was put into making sure my friend was safe to enjoy her lunch!! Thank you again and I will be back! GIVE DEONDRE A RAISE!!

Came to this location on 12/16 for the first time. Service was great. The place was clean and not busy. The staff greeted me as I walked in and the gentleman asked me if he pronounced my name correctly which he did. What a lovely experience. The $13.99 combo is a great deal. Thanks !

I had lunch at Five Guys in Odenton Maryland this afternoon. There was no line or wait but customers were picking up orders and came behind me as though it were busy. I was met by a young lady who greeted me with a smile, the receipt says: Employee “Timothy”, but it was not Timothy who took my order. I knew what I wanted and ordered quickly and had no problems with ordering. Paid w/ debt and left a $5 cash tip. Hotdog, Fries and Coke, normal wait time, served with a smile. I dined in and the dining area was clean. Unless you specify, nothing will be cooked to order, no matter where you go. The hotdog was good, bun was soggy. The fries were not crispy but were hot and done enough to eat. I eat out a lot because I’m on the go all the time. I can go anywhere I choose. I’m not picky, but I pay for my food to be prepared as close to my liking as possible. The food was over priced and I could have paid half the price at place just a 1/4 of mile away and have been offered a meal deal and not from the McDonald’s across the street, there are many options to choose from. You cannot order a hotdog fries and coke at Five Guys as a meal, you have to pay full price for each item. So today, I paid $3.08 for a coke ($1. for ice $1 for the cup $1 for the soda? WOW), a “Little (soggy) Fry” for – FIVE DOLLARS FORTY NINE CENTS & an $8 hotdog. While my wages never went up after Covid and everything in the economy did I can still manage but I can’t for the life of me understand HOW Five Guys justifies a THREE DOLLAR and .08 soda. I will not be returning to any Five Guys anytime soon, or suggest to anyone I know to grab a meal at Five Guys unless they check the prices first. It’s not ok for ONE person to spend SEVENTEEN DOLLARS on a quick lunch. I need ONE maybe two napkins and was given SEVEN. The fries served in a bag came with TWO cups. The amount of resources and condiments wasted is another issue.

Sorry the burger was so good this what was left when I got ready to do the review. I have to say I have not had 5 Guys in quite some time. But this bacon cheeseburger was out of this world good you could taste the freshness !!!! The restaurant was nice

Now please forgive me but ive had to call multiple times in the past few weeks to edit an order I was having delivered to me through a third party app. Alot of places tell me they cant do anything about the order after it is placed. You know who’s saved me each time? My poor lactose intolerant self who cant edit the cheese off of certain burger deals is saved by Olanzo, now I may be butchering his name, but each time I end up speaking to him he is real quick with that “Don’t you worry sir I wont let that cheese even look in the direction of that burger.” This man makes me feel like I just called in air support on my own head but promises as the pilot that ill be making it home to make more poor decisions. Olanzo, if you read this, you are my hero.

I normally go to this five guys and have wonderful food and service. But today my fries were burnt and no bacon on the bacon cheeseburger, nor mustard. I called to ask someone if something could be done and was put on hold and then immediately hung up on. Called back and talked with someone who then passed me to the trainee and then they hung up on me. Very disappointed and upset.

Went for dinner 12JUN25 order dinner for our family. Ordered online for pick up conformation email order will be ready in 11m great . Got there 15m after order had to wait for fries no worries love fresh fries. Got home to dig in and out burgers were all dry. The fries were good but a little pissed for what being charged 12 bucks a burger to get a dry burger is inexcusable. Turned us off five guys .

Our food was busin. Busin I got grilled cheese bun I loved every bite of it. I think about five guys often I try to go 1x a month! Food was hot and fresh. We did wait like 15 mins but it was worth it. We didn’t have enough time to eat there.
