My husband and I ordered at the drive thru. It was early so there were no cars ahead of us. My sandwich was completely wrong, and my husband did not receive his chips with his meal. We had driven away before we knew our order was wrong. How they could screw it up so badly when they had no other orders is a mystery to me.

I was impressed by Volga’s Subway and have many positive reasons to go back. We did find out that they will no longer be serving gluten free bread anymore which is sad. Please reconsider! See improvements below. Date was 2/20.
Positives:
* The restaurant is large with many tables and booths, plenty of room for a stroller, wheelchair, or a busy crowd.
* The staff was friendly even thanking us when we left.
* Restaurant and restrooms were clean.
* Food tasted well.
Opportunities to Improve:
* The young man wasn’t amiable with my S.O.’s request on how she wanted the gluten free bread prepared. She wanted it toasted before the food was put on to keep the bread from crumbling. Microwaving it warms it up but soon after the bread crumbles. For those who are gluten free, they have it figured.
* One staffer was prepping our sandwiches and could be a little faster as my S.O.’s had been microwaved, against her request, and was getting cold after 3 minutes of sitting while the staffer prepped mine. I even suggested to the staffer she finish the first one. By the time mine was my S.O.’s was done I had mine re-microwaved to reheat it.
* Having all of the chairs upside down that are in the middle of the restaurant at 730 pm when they are open until 10 pm. The sign says 1030 pm but I was skeptical when I walked in and asked if they were still open. When you drive past you saw lights on and a lot of chair legs sticking up thinking they are closing/closed.
We will be back and look forward to it!

It depends who is working if the owner/manager (older woman with glasses) is working don’t bother go some where else. Chincy as hell on everything from the meat (I swear she didn’t give me the weight I should have gotten in steak) to the lettuce to the olives the oil and vinegar.

Been there two days in a row the younger girl with glasses has made our sandwiches both time and she slopped the firsts ones together then the next day she did the same thing so I said if you hold the veggies in then close it all the stuff will stay in because she is just letting all the food fall out of the bread and she said yeah I know and then proceeded to mess up my sandwich she and this place is a whole joke
