love these guys usually but yall have been putting absolutely zero syrup in the soda machine. Any soda i’ve gotten here the past few months has tasted like carbonated nothing. Lets put some syrup in the sodas that have syrup in them yea?

The girl at the drive thru was very short and they didnt even give me the au jus for the French dip and Swiss. Kinda but hurt about that. It kinda makes the sandwich with that dip. Other than that the food was great!

food was great, but the aftermath i could do without. after eating a sandwich from here, i’ve dealt with some of the WORST food poisoning i’ve ever had. i spent Valentine’s day in the hospital throwing up so much. idk if it was just a bad day or what, but the fact that im throwing up so much and im so violently dehydrated from throwing up that i had to go to the ER, not a very good thing.

This location was updated a while back but still holds its clean appearance. The inside is well kept and the food is prepared as expected. They occasionally get shy with the cheddar, but that’s not a deal breaker. The only suggestion I would give is to ask the gentleman working the front cash wrap to turn the volume down a little. He is very loud when he speaks.

We ordered delivery the food was great still hot when we received it. However we ordered extra Arby’s sauce and didn’t get any not even the one that was supposed to come with the meal.we didn’t receive napkins or spoons for our shakes either. The delivery guy was great he was friendly and took good care of our order.

These are the online order and lobby order of jamocha shakes i got (respectively). They tasted so much like vanilla I assumed it was a simple mistake, and went back inside to ask. The lady at the front seemed ready for that question though. I absolutely don’t understand where the rudeness came from. She was rude taking the lobby order as well. Did not even bother to put whipped cream or drizzle on the shakes.
The dining room had cleaning supplies scattered, but that’s completely understandable as it was time to pre close. This Arby’s is sort of notorious for its quality here, but I haven’t ever had issues with a milkshake… but its not even the same color. It only takes one extremely unwelcoming and rude employee for me to not want to come back, just for risk of interacting with her.

I came through the drive thru and I was shocked by how great the service was. The girl with the purple and black hair served me and she was very kind and made sure that I got everything I ordered including the vast amount of Arby’s sauce I asked for. Would dine again!

Called to do a pickup order. They said yeah, passed me to someone else. I told them what I wanted. They repeated it back then laughed at me and hung up. I havnt had Arby’s sense I was a kid thought I wanted to try it again. Guess not learn basic customer service skills please.
