Mmmmm… I was delighted with my “rewards” Birthday Pastry! There were so many yummy choices, I settled with the Chocolate filled Croissant. It was all so easy! They sent me an email announcing my free gift, I ordered it online and picked it up 10 minutes later from a very nice cashier. Thanks Panera it was so delicious!!

I am there almost daily because I love the staff and how welcome and at home miss Nicole makes you feel daily. However, I recently saw her more out on the floor. then at front, and to be completely honest she makes that place “Panera.” I think not having her in Cash is a huge mistake by management. I would go as far as to say I won’t be going in as much if she is not at the register. she is amazing with people and older adults such as my mom that has a hearing problem. I would advise managements to get her back at front asap.

Wanted to recognize Ethan for above a beyond customer service! I was standing in line behind an elderly couple and he was soooo patient and kind in making sure they ordered what they wanted. They did hold up the line a little but, Ethan kept his cool and carried on helping this sweet senior couple. There needs to be more kindness and love in this world!!!! Came here for breakfast. Decent atmosphere, not too crowded in the morning. Service was still a bit slow, but that’s ok. I think these days some of us are wired to always have fast service, but a slight delay in the service allows you to relax, take a breath, and enjoy the time and company.

The breakfast sandwiches are tasty and filling. Customization allows you to put your own twist on even something as simple as an egg sandwich.

I enjoy their lunch sandwiches too but we thoroughly enjoyed our relaxed breakfast this morning.

With the lack of restaurants in this area, I’m very happy that we’ve had Panera here for a long time. Please come out and support your community restaurants. We need them and they need us!

This Panera is by far the worst which sucks because it’s pretty close to me. When I first arrived, I stood in line, and no one was behind the counter until 3 minutes later, when a worker came. She didn’t greet or anything; she just said, “Am I here for pick up?” I gave her my name, and she told me there’s a wait, which I ordered in the app, and my order should have been ready when I showed up. I stood in line for 10 minutes until I politely said Excuse me to her and explained how I’ve been standing there she instantly cut me off with I don’t have control over when it comes out. I work in customer service I always apologize for the wait. Not even an I’m sorry for the wait and straight attitude. The store is also extremely filthy! I will not be eating in here again after seeing the atmosphere, workers on their phones while they prepare the food. How horrible the place looked with trash dirt everything on the floor. Truly looks miserable. Save yourself the time and experience and go to another location. They should be ashamed of themselves. One of the poorest customer service experiences I’ve ever especially in this area.

South Riding service is slow. I live in the area and they continue to disappoint. Order board say order is ready but my empty cup isnt at the pickup rack and nobody is behind the counter to help. when i finally got someone they seemed annoyed and got a cup but didn’t bother to hand it to me or even place it in the pickup area. just placed it on the counter with arms reach which was 5 steps from the pickup rack. Another time, i got a large hot coffee cup but ordered a 30 oz cold bev., again annoyed worker came by a min or so later handed me the cup. Management needs to look into improving customer service. I’m not asking for 4 or 5 stars which would be generous for putting an empty cup out but come on SR Panara. Very disappointing

I ordered cream of Chicken & wild rice soup for pick up. Unfortunately, when I got home, I got chicken noddle soup instead. I cannot return or exchange cause I’m already at home. The staff should double check the food according to the printed order receipt before putting them in the paper bag. In addition, the chicken noodle soup is too salty. I end it up throwing it.

I came to do some work here. I ordered a coffee, a pastry, and a toasted bagel.

The employee who took my order threw (not tossed over, not handed, but three) the square beeping monitor at me. I was taken aback at this behavior. He did not throw the square device to the women in front of me.

I took it and waited for it to ring. Then I got my food and was able to do some work.

I did see the option to order from your table with the Panera app, I’ll try that next time.

Food is always, always, excellent. Other Panera a are hit or miss but not here. I almost want to take a star off for the consistently long line but today the place is empty- nice weather did it? I live across from here and it is definitely my go to place. The new healthy theme is def moving in the right direction – thanks for loving us Panera!

Everytime I go to Panera, it is excellent service.

Visited this place 5-6 times so far during ‘non-peak’ hours. The serving time was a decent 5-10 minutes. Decent sized seating area. Ample parking.

Food is decent. Value duets are a great deal. Some of the teas taste artificial.
