This particular BK is located in a very well traveled location, w/ many convenien businesses nearby (a gym, banks, stores, drug stores, Walmart,..). The staff is very professional both in appearance and demeanor; I noticed the staff is very diverse and gets along well. When you see that the cops eat there, you know it is very safe. It is very clean. What a sanctuary!
Unfortunately, upon arriving to wait inside to pick up my mom from working, I got told to leave today because they were closed inside…but your Google advert states that you are open, and the door was unlocked (1045 pm). Company policy forces employees to not value family presence I guess.

This burger King is extremely clean and their service was exceptional. They were superfast and looks like an amazing great job environment. The ladies here were very attentive with every customer while I was waiting for the food by the counter. They really love what their do, they are following covid19 standard measures, like social distancing and locking the soda machine in the outside of course they always can refill your drink. For sure I will visit this place again. Management at this place is doing a great job to server their customer. Everyone here are pretty hard working people, they try their best to perform with exceptional skills. Thanks again for providing me a good time here. Tomika was the best and everyone here. BEST BURGER KING EVER FOR SURE.

Our whole experience was trash. My husband and I have been coming to this location for a year because it’s convenient for us but every time we get food it’s never a good experience. This time was the icing on the cake. We ordered two EGG-NORMOUS BURRITOS and literally got two little pocket tacos. I’ve bought plenty of Egg- Normous burritos before in different locations and they never look like this ! Same experience during lunch time we get the spicy wraps and they are the smallest wraps of life ! This is very disappointing. Customer service is also very poor ! If you don’t want to work customer service jobs then stop applying to them !

This Burger King is terrible, the people at the drive thru don’t have any idea what you order. I was missing items and when I tell them they act like you didn’t order that item. Then get home a see that what they actually gave me and it was wrong, went back and the manager Tiffany Williams is worse then the people he has working at the drive thru. After waiting for my correct order I get home and open my order it was full of mayonnaise it was truly disgusting and this is with the managers approval. I will never go back to this location ever again!!!!

I went to this location after wait in line almost 15mins the cashier olga completely ignored me allow two customers that came. After me to order before me because they are latino every person of Hispanic decent gets better treatment than anyone else. She takes their name says hello your not you will be discriminated against then she also made me wait another 10mins for a cup of water and didnt provide a receipt so i can do the survey i will be reporting this to corp and the bbb

Amazing crew good food fast hot fresh and me and my daughter loved the new cotton candy cloud drink with foam awaome! Not worth going. Service is bad. They don’t pay attention to what they are doing. They run out of stuff and don’t even tell you they just give you something else. I ordered the how to train your dragon burger and soda cup. I got a regular whopper and a regular cup. What’s the point of ordering something special if they don’t have it and don’t tell you they don’t have it. Very disappointed.
