First time coming to this location, I have to say the food was absolutely delicious starting with the sandwich, normally I will get a old stale bread but here it was nice and fresh.

This location is very warm and friendly! The staff is fun and always engages with customers with jokes, smiles, and laughs! The food is always great here and prepared well and the location is totally kid friendly. Mr. Jallah is the main attraction here! The soup was ok, not much of a soup person to begin with and my tomatoe soup was chunky, not a huge fan of chunky, the sandwich was amazing, definitely coming back for that alone, bathroom was a let down unfortunately, the faucet was coming off as I turned the knob, interaction with the staff was positive, heard one walking around asking to take someone’s dishes

Nice, roomy dining area. Excellent tasting French Onion Soup. However, it lacked cheese and should have been topped with a baguette, Gruyere cheese, and broiled instead of a scattering of croutons. Steak and White Cheddar Sandwich was delicious with ample tender steak and gooey cheese.On a later visit, my Ham and Gouda Toasted Baguette had an absolutely excellent baguette! Light and airy with a crispy exterior and fluffy interior. Was huge but, so deceivingly light, I eagerly finished it! Chicken Wild Rice Soup wasn’t to bad. Would order it again. Cashier entered Santa Fe Chicken Salad instead of the Sandwich for my partner. Caused a confusing delay. However, it was taken care of with no issues. Definitely would order the baguette again!!

I was there this past weekend, both days… I had my dogs with me, so did the drive thru…. I didn’t know, so I asked the VERY NICE Gal if they happened to have “Pup Cups” and she said “Yes”! GREAT, I Ordered one for each Dog
We got to the window and the Gal handed me my food and coffee, and then the 2 Pup Cups!!!! Very Nice
It was such a Treat for all of us, I went back the next day for the same thing… The Gal this time said they Don’t have Pup Cups and I told her I had gotten 2 the day before (I had pic’s)… She said she would have to talk to her manager, I waited awhile at the window, but felt bad because there were quite afew cars in line behind me, when the Gal came back she said she is waiting for her Manager, I told her never mind there were quite afew cars behind me, and I got and paid for my order and left…
We were very disappointed…

The assistant manager is so incredibly rude and should really be trained on proper deescalation tactics. I witnessed her take a very simple misunderstanding and began arguing with a driver confused on DoorDash pickup. I have managed several customer based establishments; and talking to them like a mouthy rude teenager was very off putting.

I’m very disappointed in this Panera Bread location. For the last years, I’ve been ordering from here and everything seemed great. Today, I picked up my order, got back home to realize that the staff didn’t put any chicken in the sandwich that I ordered. Not only that, they forgot to include my french dip. I’m so disappointed. Please train your staff. I would love a refund. Thank you.
