Quick service & staff responded well to my drink change Spacious indoors with bunch of seating. Like the wall in the middle that breaks up a square space & allows for privacy among the diners. Lots of outdoor seating too.

Went in hoping I had made it for my free soup, but I was a day late. However, I had a giftcard to use. The employees are always friendly when I visit. They take the time and care to help when I have questions. The ONLY concern yesterday was walking into the entrance. The ice was basically covering the walk way into the shop. Not normal for our area, but it made for walking difficult.
I decided to try something new. I love (and usually order) the Fuji Apple Salad, Green Goddess salad, Green Goddess sandwich, and a few other items, some not even on the menu anymore. Yesterday, I ordered the Roma Chicken sandwich and the Autumn Squash soup. I also grabbed 3 pastries to go, but I always do. The sandwich was absolutely delicious and filling. Could have used a little more chicken, but that was only because my chicken was all on one side of the bagel. The bagel was soft on the inside and perfect on the outside. The veg was fresh and awesome! I saved the soup for dinner to enjoy today with the baguette. I toasted the baguette with some mozzarella cheese to add to the soup. Honestly, the soup was beyond my expectations. It was creamy, comforting, and exactly what I needed on this cold N. Texas night. I am not normally a fan of squash but this soup has opened my mind andtaste buds. Huge fan of this soup and will definitely order again!

Got my custom order perfect! Used kiosk to reorder my fav customized Mediterranean veggie. Just had to ask them to toast bread.
Mom just had blood work done n was hungry and we go meatless on Fridays.
This sandwich was so good. Big so we split it.
Staff great. Very clean.
I travel a lot n this is one of the best Panera breads considering service n fulfilling my order. Yum! We also got a couple pastries to gift, almond one n a chocolate one. They too looked fresh, unlike some other national locations.

I will never come here again this is the second time and I ordered a green chicken Cobb to go. They didn’t chop anything and put a piece of the lettuce core. Chopped up a whole tomato in quarters and gave me no dressing. I literally want my money back but I ordered to go and left. DO BETTER! I paid 14.00 for this salad. The first time I came to this location they left out my chicken!!!!

This was our first time at Panera Bread. We decided to order online for at store pick up. Since it was our first time ordering online, we got $5 off our food if we signed up. After the order, it only took 6 minutes to get our food. However, they didn’t put utensils in our bag. They also didn’t put any additional condiments on our sandwiches that we asked for. That was pretty disappointing. We also felt like it cost too much for such a small sandwich that has such small portions on the sandwich.
Despite all this, it tasted REALLY good. We got the French Ciabatta Dipper.

Ok this place is awesome. It is awesome for two reasons in my view. 1. Is that you can just grab the cup you paid for with ease. No waiting or asking for a cup that paid for. 2. What is most important for me and fellow dairy free people is that they have a dedicated container for Almond Milk for your coffee. At this Panera you do not have to feel bad or pay more money to get some dairy free milk. It’s way better than Starbucks where you have to pay. If I lived around here this would be my spot for coffee. For food Panera needs to step up their game on that.

7 dollars for a cup of chicken broth is what I got when ordering the chicken noodle soup. For starters, the cup wasn’t full. The so-called “soup had literally one half of a noodles in it. This is completely unacceptable. The service was friendly, but the food was absolutely horrible. I had a to go order. Otherwise, I would have gone back and had some choice words for the management. I absolutely can not recommend going here. The pictures reflect everything that was in the soup. That’s all I received.

Yesterday at around 4:30pm I decided to go to Panera bread. I ordered food through the drive through. I paid and realized I needed another bag of chips so I asked the team manager there at the time (i dont have his name young boy) how much the chips were he said $1.50. I proceed to give him $2 and reaches for my money and lets $1 fly away. I told him you let my money fly away i don’t have anymore cash. I find .25 and give it to him. He then proceeds laughing and saying oh well that my money flew away. Saying that I need to give him $1.50 or i need to leave. He not once apologized for the situation didn’t offer to go and get the money even after i tried to open my door but couldn’t get out and i explained to him i had kids in the car. The team manager hassled me over .25 cents and even called the police because i explained to him that he let my money fly away and i know they could have just given me the chips since i had the money. I feel like i was discriminated against. And what immediate action brought against that manager. Horrible customer service and laughed the entire time with his staff members.

I’m not gonna hate on the employees necessarily. I suspect they’re doing the best they can. The store has just gone downhill so much in the last couple years. The store is tired looking and it’s desperately in need of a remodel. The order process is not user friendly. If you think you can order from a human inside the store, think again. The food looks like airline food. What have you done to this place? Sad. McAllisters is better, cleaner and less expensive.
