This location is not only the best Carl’s Jr in all of OC, but it is one of the best fast food restaurants period. I recently started working in Irvine and I come here at least twice a week. Food is always hot and fresh. Maria the manager, and her crew are extremely kind and give the best customer service!

I didn’t like this restaurant for two reasons. First, I got a sandwich and a drink, but then I looked and saw that they had put out a combo sandwich for me. When I protested, they lied to me and said, “I told you you wanted a combo, you said ‘yes’.” Usually, no one complains about this and customers are charged more. Second, the food was so greasy that it was dripping with oil.

I’m disabled so I appreciate being able to order ahead through the app. What I don’t appreciate is sitting behind 3 cars for 20 minutes while my food sits cold. Easily can have people pull off to the side into your private parking lot but you never do.
