They have so many different options for sandwiches. I never have trouble finding what I want. Great location, located around other businesses so if you want to walk to another business after or before eating, you can. It is easy to find parking.

Went to this Subway 12/19/17 because it seemed convenient. We had to wait for 20 mins even though only one person was in line ahead of us. Several of the condiment containers were empty. The tomatoes looked old and partially rotting. The tables weren’t clean nor was the food assembly line. I should have walked away when I saw all this but I was starving. The final straw was when the server wiped a dirty sandwich knife through the lettuce on my sub. Just disgusting!! I want my money back. Worst Subway experience I’ve ever had in my life!

My husband and I just went there and I don’t have anything good to say. We both found hair in our sandwiches. I caught mine before she closed it and she said “saved by the bell” my husband luckily found his before he bit into it. The first lady making my Sandwich was so inconsistent in every way from inconsistent meat distribution to one slice of cheese on one side and a clump of four on the other.
I cannot believe this place has so many one star reviews going on for years and it’s still open.

This Subway location is indeed rather disgusting. All the one-star reviews on this resturant are rightfully deserved. The resturant is absolutely disgusting, the employees are so insanely lazy, and you can tell at least half of them are baked 90% of the time. They always have only one person working, and it can get very busy, so if you are in a hurry do not shop here. I’ve literally had to wait for upwards of one hour and a half just for one sandwich. The food tastes beyond expired and the place smells like pot-brownies. One final thing would be that the manager left a review on this place hyping it up to be quite the fantastic eatery in a phony attempt to boost the star rating. 1/10, never go here unless you are starving to death, and even then you are better off consuming dirt

The employee that helped me was super friendly, efficient, helpful and fast. The food was fresh and my sandwich was done just how i wanted it. Will for sure be back to visit this store!!

The lady at the counter started my husbands order, got the bread out to make the sandwich at the same time another lady comes in demanding her door dash is done before our order.. the lady working puts my husbands order makings away and tells him he now has a 20 to 30 minutes wait..door dash is priority! He tells her he just worked a 13 hour day and just needs to get dinner asap.. she told him he has to wait. I wouldn’t recommend going to Subway on Baker Rd in Bend, Oregon. Your order might come to a sudden stop because a door dasher just walked in and they are apparently priority over a IN STORE customer!

You knew the risk when you started cleaning up and putting things away well before closing time.
I would have gladly gone somewhere else with no hard feelings so you didn’t have to pull stuff back out. But lying to my face is disrespectful.

Very bad service. Only one employee working and he was taking forever. People waiting. More of the condiment containers were empty. The guy gave us left overs from some of the other containers. He used a nife with mayonise that was recently used in another costumer and my sandwich was meatball. I don’t like mayonise. Very gross. I’m doing a chargeback. Super unhappy and not coming back again to this place.
