Solid 4. The menu prices appear to be the same as they were two years ago, which is a bit unheard of. Good sysco type food. Service with a bit of a confused/unsure attitude. Did not want to make substitutions but did on one. Breakfast all day and half the price of the Tuscan themed café up the street at Peppermill.

The mixed vegetables (canned) were rock hard pellets.
Server forgot straws, the side salads and crackers we requested….although nice and giggly, and apologetic, it really was not asking a whole bunch when not many customers in the place.

Chicken fried steak was good. Fish n chips were good but it took me waitperson 20minutes to bring a bottle of tobacco sauce, claiming that she forgot. My group were the only table in the cafe.

I enjoyed the food a lot! It was amazing. The server checked up on us a lot, had plenty of water and was very satisfied coming here. My friend is allergic to iodine salt and the server even brought her a different salt from the kitchen she could use. The Chile verde burrito is soooo good. Highly recommend it. And my friend got eggs Benedict

The Prospector Cafe was a let down. We were told by the front desk they had good breakfast. I had a hamburger and fries that were good. My husband had breakfast, the biscuits and gravy were cold to the touch not even warm.

Had the Turkey dinner which was amazing and came with pie. We had the chicken and shrimp Alfredo’s which were HUGE portions and came with garlic bread. The staff was nice and attentive.

Their food is pretty goodbwhen they get it right. The prices have doubled from what they were before I remember getting their burger meal for 5.99 now it’s almost $20, their food prices have gone up but the food quality is still the same smh. The staff is friendly but why TAKE FOR EVER to check up on you or bring your food.
