I was very unimpressed with the service. I had to wait several minutes before I was even acknowledged. There is a trash bag full closed up next to the trash can. The staff was not friendly, they were not unfriendly either they were just let’s say there. I much prefer the Arby’s off of interstate 10 in Palm Desert.

I can’t not believe it. The food was cold!!!! The kitchen look durty. I was about to walk out but my boyfriend haven’t tried so we stayed.
They where playing the music so loud in the background that I couldn’t even order, plus the music already on the restaurant. They had no milkshake available. I honestly don’t think I’m going back to Arby’s at least not this location. What is this?

I couldn’t say more than enough. Of good stuff about this place. Considering the location that it’s in, they keep the location very clean. Very well stopped, and the customers are appreciated by the employees.Every time we walk in, it’s almost the same employees that we’ve seen for quite some time, and we thank them greatly for their customer service and attention to detail.This is truly a hole in the wall place when it comes to its environment, but it is stands out when it comes to their customer service.And execution of product

I only wish this location had a drive thru! I was staying at Palm Springs and drove over to this location in Palm Desert in order to eat a Greek gyro and an orange cream shake, even though I’m lactose intolerant. (Yes, I paid the price for drinking that shake but it tasted so good going down.) Yummy. The young lady who helped me working the cash register was kind and courteous. I wish all young people working at fast food establishments were like her. Arby’s food doesn’t disappoint. The gyro was delicious as was the orange cream shake. The hubby wanted one of their brisket sandwiches and he gave me a bite. Super good. I also purchased a Mac and cheese side dish. (Yeah, I’m lactose intolerant, remember? Was so sick the next morning but it was yummy going down.) The Mac and cheese was delish.

Our order was incomplete which we only found out when we got home. When we tried to call, the phone just rang and rang and rang and finally a message said that the “mailbox was not set up” It only got worse from there:when I got there, after driving and additional 10.minutes, my food at home was cold The two girls saw me arriving and started giggling saying:” oops, sorry, we forgot to put one sandwich pin there. When I told her that I wanted my sandwich replaced as well, since it was cold, one of the girl became extremely rude and yelling in my face across the counter. The other one chimed in saying:” buy we made it fresh to order, what’s the problem?”
The problem, I explained, was that my hot sandwich was not sitting at home, cold. I wanted another hot one.”. The super rude girl siid she needed to call the manager. For a $6 sandwich? Really? They mess up the order, don’t answer their phone then yell at me because I apparently was taking ‘too long” telling them which sandwich to replace?.
I am an extremely patient and nice person, and this is the first time that I have ever been treated this way. Let me also say that there were probably maybe 5 customers in the restaurant so they were not busy….
Hopefully the manager will not be as rude when I talk to them tomorrow. No wonder they keep changing employees. These two are terribly rude and should not be working there.everyone hs always been nice there and I have been coming to this Arby’s for about 20 years. I guess there is first time from everything and these two girls are not what Arby’s stands for. Sad and disappointed to have been treated so rudely when they are the ones who were in the wrong. Horrible, terrible service.

Drove 7 miles to take advantage of an online offer of 25 percent off. Tried to order it in the parking lot. The app was down. Again. Went inside and talked to the manager about not being able to order because the app was down. He said that there was nothing that he could do. If you are going to have an app then someone needs to fix this problem. I live off of “deals” I receive. That wasn’t fair. I didn’t buy anything.

Another attempt to use another offer for 25 percent off. App was down Again. If you don’t want to have an app, then don’t. Very frustrating. The manager was unwilling to do anything. So I left.
