Would give 0 if I could. Refuse to hire if your not bilingual even with years experience behind the counter and grill. Shake machine is never calibrated correctly strawberry shakes always look like vanilla, they reheat cooked fries and try to pass it off as fresh.
They’d rather be understaffed with terrible service then let someone help them. Would rather drive to stoughton than spend money here again. A bufficero owned McDonald’s would never let this slide ♀️

Dumb Founded
I checked out the play area for the first time with my kids. Not a bad playground, but would have liked fewer flies and tables could be cleaned a bit better. Also, there’s no hand sanitizer in the various wall-mounted stations. Staff has actually improved over time and the morning crew is pretty efficient. This location used to make you wait quite a while at drive thru, but it’s gotten better with different staff.

One star service. Again missing items and wrong soda. Ordered two cheese burger meal and a diet coke. Got a reg Coke and NO burgers. My kids order was right but every time something at this location is wrong or missing. Stop at Kwik Trip instead!

Kids love it here. Staff varies in getting orders correct or making errors. Last time we had a problem with that was over 6 months ago, but we do double check every time just in case. This is a regular place for families and can range from empty to pretty busy on bad weather days.

Not a very good experience. Play area tables were in major need of cleaning, the floors in the play area were also in need of cleaning, and when the staff was asked to wiped down our table, it was as if they were put out that they had to do their job. Service was also very slow.

This location is usually a letdown, and it’s incredibly inconsistent in quality. The other day my partner and I ordered a grimace meal and some Mcnuggets to go, and our fries and nuggets were both dismal at best. Discolored, cold, dry. We called them several times and they did not answer their phones once.

Every single table has food, stains, or food spilled on and under tables. Play room floor sticky. Not a single person eating at a table yet all were dirty. I also want to add they were still serving breakfast so the fries on the floor were probably from the night before

Granted, they are short staffed and I feel for them, not here to complain or criticize the time or hard work they were doing. Not impressed, stopped in at 9pm the other tonight or a quick night snack, and workers did not want to be there and bread was as stale as you could get and fries cold… One bite and whole meal tossed… Today watched a worker drop cups on the for in the back, they sat for a bit on the kitchen floor, kicked around a bit and then she picked them all up and put them right back into distribution for next order… Not my thing… Last time here..

Has NEVER gotten my order right in the several times I have gone there. And when I’ve told them there was a problem they either don’t help or get confused so much I just leave. The food is not worth the trouble it takes to get it. They’ve forgotten half my meals more then once then when I finally got the food it was wrong. If you order more then one item it’s usually wrong or complicated to get.
