I wish I could say this was a one-off, but unfortunately it’s not. This Little Caesars location is consistently disappointing.
As you can clearly see in the photos, the pizza was burnt. Not “well-done,” not “extra crispy” burnt. The cheese is scorched, the toppings look dried out, and the crust is dark and overcooked. This should have never been boxed up and handed to a customer.
To make it worse, I ordered ahead and STILL had to wait. What’s the point of ordering in advance if I’m standing there while employees act like my order doesn’t exist?
And let’s talk about customer service or the lack of it. The workers are routinely disrespectful, with attitudes that make it feel like I’m bothering them. No apology for the wait, no acknowledgment of the burnt pizza, just rude energy like I walked behind the counter and started taking orders myself.
This isn’t just bad food it’s bad service, bad quality control, and bad customer experience all around. If you’re going to rush orders and overcook food, at least have the decency to treat customers with basic respect.
I won’t be returning. These photos speak for themselves.

Went to drive through and no one came to the window so I had to park and walk in. Everything says “Hot and ready” but when I walk in they say everything is gonna have to be made to order and is going to be a wait. Little Caesar’s used to be so much better. The staff are dancing and listening to very profane music in the back right now while making my “hot and ready pizza”. Super unprofessional, horrible experience. Won’t be back.

I spent almost 2 hours inside this store. Waiting.. listening to them argue. Staff walking out. Food never recieved.. orders they don’t recall the next day. Must avoid them going forward personally. Just shows that either they aren’t payed enough. Or the establishment just does not care..

4-8 Hot & Ready Crazy Puffs is Bogus! When I entered this establishment they had music blasting loud conversations and No Crazy Puffs, No Pizza, No Nothing Ready. The cashier claimed the other staff told her to tell everyone they don’t have any. There’s 4 boxes sitting in the warmer yet no one can order Crazy Puffs. That’s the whole reason I came in here.

Absolutely atrocious. Pizza was raw we spent 40 bucks on horrible soggy undercooked pizza that was not even able to be eaten. We will never go back to Little Ceasars again!!!
