This was a little Ceasars express in a Davis travel center. The service is usually pretty good except in the dinner hours they are usually slower. Most times they never have what my husband wants so it’s usually just me that get food from there and it’s always hot and ready, even though the staff doesn’t always cut the pizzas correctly and I have to do it at home I love the .

I placed an order online for one pizza, breadsticks, and a 2 liter of soda. I arrived at the time provided to me and had to wait another 25 minutes. They were out of 2 liters so they told me to just get two 20oz drinks. There was only one person that came in and their order was actually ready. The drive thru was wrapped around the building and at least 5 people waiting with me in the lobby. No one apologized or gave an explanation for the long wait. Normally, I’d attribute an experience like this to lack of staffing. However, there were at least six people in the back practically tripping over each other, all trying to complete the same task. So, it seemed more like poor management.

Accidentally posted my review for Sheetz here, sorry bout that cause I had a very nice experience at this Little Cesars, I did get the order wrong but I think that was on me, I didn’t know the pretzel pizza came with some kind of cheesy sauce instead of red sauce, the staff was so nice though I bet they would have replaced it too but there was a storm coming and seeing as how it started raining on my walk back to camp I didn’t have time to wait another 15min for a replacement

Very poor service the workers were standing outside just hanging out I waited at the window for 5 mins and drove around to ask were they open a red hair Caucasian female stated she only has pepperoni pizza and that’s all I wanted. I asked was there a reason no one was at the window and just standing outside she mumbled and mentioned she is a General Manager and the other a training Assistant Manager who was hugged up on a gentleman when I asked for a number above her.. The owner should be ashamed having ppl represent their business as such she could not give me a number over top of her she stated the person is with his kids and she is not calling him.. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, OVERALL VERY POOR SERVICE.. Very desperate for workers and it shows that ppl are hiring just anyone and this is what the pizza looks like PATHETIC

When I got there they did not have the toppings to go on my pizza instead of calling me before I came to pick up the pizza then I waited for 15 minutes for them to bring me my pizza because they haven’t even made it yet and when I go into the store they gave me a pizza out of the warmer box and it wasn’t even the pizza that I ordered it did not have the pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust on it I am very disappointed with this particular establishment they need help and possibly New Management because it does not make any sense that this is the second time I have gone there and they have messed up my pizza
