Wow. This crew was such a pleasure to work with. We were recommended to use their services for catering our baby shower event. We were looking for an a la carte taco bar option and were having trouble finding it elsewhere. We worked directly with Bob, the owner, who was phenomenal and highly communicative. When we agreed on a price, they went all out! They made sure we had plenty of food, included little thoughtful extras, and even loaded my car for me while I paid. The staff was also so friendly. 10/10 would recommend using their catering services if you want a great price, great experience, and great food. PS: The Owner Bob says you must have cholula hot sauce (and he was right)! 😉

Been looking for a good wing place for over 10 years. Seriously. 100s of places. Finally found this place (not looking for wings) to play darts… But lo and behold, tried the wings here, best wings I had in decades. They admittedly are small (but the waitress, Bri, warned us of that ahead of time), but it didn’t matter. The texture, moisture, sauces were absolutely outstanding.
Bri had awesome service. Ask for her. I will be back a ton now.

Went to Brittany’s for the Super Bowl 2026. The “all you can eat” buffet had good food and worth the $$$.
The bar area where all the tv’s are was so cold that most people had their winter coats on.
NO HEAT.
We left during the 2nd quarter of the Super Bowl because it was too cold. Went to a true sports bar pizzaria in Mapledale Plaza, it was very comfortable, we stayed for a great time.
I don’t think I will be returning to Brittany’s until the cheap owner fixes the heat or at least turn on the heat.

My son and I came to watch a Steelers playoff game. It was great! There was a pretty large crowd of Steeler fans, and I understand that when the games aren’t on TV locally, it really fills up. Can’t wait to go back next season! I would especially highlight the efforts of the manager, who I thought was excellent – I believe they may have been working slightly short-staffed, but you would have never known it.

I had high hopes for Brittany’s, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. The food did not meet basic quality standards—lacking flavor, freshness, and presentation. The drinks were equally underwhelming, missing the creativity and balance you’d expect from a place aiming to impress. While the atmosphere was decent………. kind of, it couldn’t make up for the shortcomings in the core dining experience. Brittany’s has some potential, but significant improvements in both food and beverage quality are needed before I could recommend it.

My coworkers and I went on a slow Thursday night, seated at 5pm, placed our orders and waited for over an hour with no staff to check on us, update us on our food, or tell us why it was taking so long. After 6pm, our waitress returns to tell us the kitchen staff lost our order ticket and they’re rushing to make our food now. How could they lose our food ticket when there’s only about 5 people in the restaurant?
Food finally comes out and to say it’s subpar is generous since the tacos were flavorless, cold, lettuce was slightly brown, hush puppies were overcooked and the onion rings still had some raw batter in the thicker ones.
I’ve heard other people rave about this place and we thought it would be a nice local place to try, but sadly I won’t be back. The wait staff was nice, but the food was mediocre at best and the time in which they took our first order, then re ordered, then received our food, I could’ve made my own tacos at home. And probably better ones at that.

The service was great, and the staff were nice. The food could be better tho; we ordered chicken wings, but they were the cute mini chicken wings I have ever seen. They are more suitable for a quick snack than to satisfy a chicken wing craving.

I wanted a salad with carbs on the side. We got the Cobb salad and loaded cheese fries and it was all so delicious. Loved this hearty salad and had a couple of fries as well. This is my new favorite place for a salad. And they were super generous with the dressing. I love this restaurant and staff. Definitely recommend!! We have also gotten wings and most of the appetizers. I have never gotten anything we didn’t love.

Such a nice place. Very friendly staff and the owners are very attentive to details. I have been coming to this place for a long time. Tonight we had an event for Salvation Army Prince William Corps. There were 50 people or so and the restaurant offered a good buffet dinner. Place is very clean, staff is nice, plenty of parking in front of the restaurant so there is no issue parking.
