Been coming here for several years and have always been satisfied. I finally tried the sushi here for the first time and I must say I was quite pleased. Their rolls are massive! Will keep coming back.

We found this spot on a Sunday late afternoon and loved it.

The fried spring rolls, thai basil and fried rice bowls, and the volcano sushi roll were all delicious.

Definitely more affordable than Midtown, plus they have $8 margarita special currently.

Quick takeaways:

• Super friendly and attentive staff.
• Huge plus, it’s in a plaza with ample free parking.
• About 15 mins from Ansley when traffic is low.

Great food, fair prices, and zero stress. We’ll be back!

The food was mediocre and the service was as well. It felt like we were being rushed out of the restaraunt just after we finished eating. The noodles were ok, but the flavor was underwhelming. The mango sticky rice was delicious however, and would definitely recommend! The mango was soft and juicy, and the dish was very well made overall! Don’t think I will return, however.

Dined there last night! Poor service, waiter took order wrote down and repeated aloud food change requests, order came out wrong ask for no pineappleand and brown rice., guy just said sorry and did not fix other waiter replaced rice.had to ask for basic iteams several times, waiter did not ever fill water, or clear appetizers plates, or beer glasses or bottles during dinner in slow restaurant after 8pm. Everything stayed on table even after we left. The waiter seems distracted or did not care about his job.We left 10% tip instead of leaving him 0. No effort put out. Duck curry meat gray and dry. Also owner or male manager asked us to hurry up and leave and said they closed 9:30 we sat down 8:15. I eat and live near Marietta square location it’s is always good with food, service last 20 years take people there a few times a month.. The group that operates Atl location needs to be replaced or retrained in basic customer service and basic table service skills, remove empty plates, get simple food order correct , refill or offer more water it was my only beverage. Clear old beer glass and bottle when bring new on for my guest. Will not return or recommend this location ever! I will still go to Marietta square Thaicoon they have always been consistent over many years.Very disappointed in the Atl location I Don’t normally leave reviews ever!

Returned this day with my wife. Ordered the Sushi Boat for 2, anticipating analogous types of sushi and sashimi as I had on Jul 30, 2025. Alas, we were (quite) a bit disappointed because the selection of fish used and the size of the sashimi pieces. The tuna seemed different (of lower quality – a cut from a frozen lump of fish?) than what they served on July 30th. Also, the selection of sushi were of cheaper version – imitation crab meat and ahrimp while Hamachi was missing. The sashimi pieces were (much) smaller than those served on̈ Jul 30, 2025. One thing that I detest is cutting corners… One recommendarion is,changing their “miso soup OR salad” accompaniment to “miso soup AND salad,” which is typical of practically all Japaneae restaurants with larger (combo/special) item orders. Tonight, reducing the rating a bit.

Returned the next day to try the Thai food. Ordered Papaya Salad and Green Curry with Shrimps. They were reasonably good tasting. However, they were both not spicy enough, making the sweetness to dominate the flavor. Also, the Papaya Salad came out lukewarm, which accentuated the sweetness even more. I had to ask for their spice rack to spruce them up. A bit disappointed. Down to 4 stars now.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality fish and taste of sashimi from a Thai-Japanese combo restaurant that could create a potential pre-conception of fusion-like taste missing the rightful mark of both cuisines.

But, the Japanese food was right on the mark of what’s expected – salad/dressing, miso soup, and the fish, rightfully aged and of texture. It was interesting that they use the shredded carrots rather than radish as the base to place the fish. Also, pieces of kale were placed as the garnishment. Both actually enhanced the sashimi – eliminating the potential sharpness or bitterness of the radish taste. The flavor of the sushi rice was quite good and went well with all the ingredients. With such quality food and relatively reasonable price, the value of the food is qiite good. Next time, I will try the Thai food and update this review!

Did not enjoy ANY of the food that was recommended by two different people. A lady came to our table first to fill our waters and she recommended the Pad-SeeU and our waiter recommend the Salmon Papaya appetizer. I ordered both of these items, while my husband ordered an appetizer from their specials- Thai style wings, and he ordered a sushi roll- Spider Roll (not pictured).

When our first waiter came over he couldn’t tell me what the special was on the chalk board nor what was in one of the items. His excuse was it was his first day. Seriously? Then another lady came over, maybe owner I’m not sure, came and took our order.

The food all came out around the same time (which we requested). The wings were bad, very salty but flavorful. The salmon papaya was HORRIBLE and not spicy at all. No flavor, dry, no sauce, etc. I would definitely not recommend it. My entree was the Pad-SeeU with tofu. I usually never ordered tofu but decided to give it a try this time. The tofu was HORRIBLE as well. Over cooked and so hard on the outside and so chewy on the inside. It ruined the whole dish. The noodles were okay and there was egg in the dish as well. There was again NO FLAVOR in this dish as well.

I let two people know I didn’t enjoy my food and they didn’t care. They just packed it up for me and said they can understand what I am saying. One waiter even said he doesn’t even like some of the food there. What?!?!
I would never come here again.

Well he came back a third time and informed me that I couldn’t add chicken to my meal. I then asked to speak with the manager (female) she refused to come to speak with me and explain why it was an issue to add chicken on the side . I have never experienced issues before. I asked the young man to come back to close out my ticket and pay for the $14. Berry margarita that was not worth it at all, The green tea without the tea pot that usually comes with it for refills and the two orders of vegetable spring rolls totally $35.83 not worth that price at all… I paid and walked out the Manger was not to be seen or found. So as I proceeded to get in my Vehicle I noticed the lady in the corner on the phone tucked away. I so left and went to another restaurant establishment called Top Spice and I received Spicy Duck with chicken no problem at all no and even received extra and they boxed up my leftovers for me..

We went here on a whim, the restaurant is quite pretty, the menu was pretty extensive, the food was pretty good, but the service was terrible! The waiter didn’t really know what anything was, the service was super slow. We ordered bangkok fries, sushi and a curry, the sushi was good but the curry not so good.

We had a delightful experience at this restaurant. The rolls were delicious especially the Cancun roll (filled with veg tempura, asparagus, avocado) and topped with mango slices. Avocado roll and shitake roll were good as well. Ordered veg rice noodles with zucchini, brocolli, snap peas, bell peppers. Great taste! Service was pretty slow but in all the food was amazing! Will be definitely coming back 🙂
