Awesome experience and excellent food! My husband loved the steak, shrimp, and sausage plate.. said the steak was perfect! Very festive and fun atmosphere as well. Two thumbs up from us!

Even though the lake is low it is still a nice view outside on the patio! Art was an amazing waiter and so kind! The margaritas were soo good and the food was so good and was so much(portion wise) had to take it home! Definitely will be back!

I came in with my teen daughter and her friends and we all enjoyed everything. I knew the food was going to be good as soon as I tasted the lemonade. The staff were friendly and patient. We didn’t have to wait long for our food. Great view of the lake. Highly recommend!

Fabulous! Ate here all three nights of my stay in Canyon Lake! Fabulous food, delicious and huge portions. Amazing views of the lake and sunset from the patio. After a day of boating at Canyon Lake, my friends and I stopped by Guadalajara Cafe, and it was the perfect choice. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the warm and friendly service. The staff, including a very attentive waitress who seemed to be the owner’s daughter, made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.
The food was outstanding! We ordered the California burrito, fajita torta, fajita street mini tacos, and milanesa ranchera, and each dish was made to perfection with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The portions were generous, and the homemade tortillas added a special, authentic touch. You could truly taste the care and passion in every bite.
We also tried the Chispas drinks, which were served in beautifully decorated jarritos de barro with a unique lotería theme. We loved them so much that we ended up purchasing the mugs to take home!
This place goes above and beyond, with extra attention to detail in both food and service. I highly recommend Guadalajara Cafe to anyone in the area. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re at Canyon Lake!
