Let’s not make a big deal about Wendy’s! It’s fast food for goodness sake! At it’s best, fast food is average. But, at Wendy’s, a small chilli and a large chocolate Frosty, served promptly, will satisfy my thirst and hunger! Thank goodness!

I dash locally, I stick to the point the most so believe me when I say that this fast food restaurant is currently one of the worst in Gloucester. It’s not the quality of the food or a nasty bathroom specifically but the service and employee communication virtually do not exist. There is almost never any cashier. There is almost never anyone you can see from the inside without leaning over the counter to find all 3-5 employees currently working hiding in the kitchen, out of view, working pretty much solely on the drive thru. If you come in the lobby you have to wait 5-10 minutes just for someone to come talk to you. They always seem bothered by that to. Why have a lobby and do online orders if you are going to ignore them and treat them like they are bothering you?
I lay the blame solely on management. They are either blissfully unaware how their restaurant is no longer fast food or they are contributing directly to the problem. I worked and practically ran a kitchen for 5 years. If you have an order that is 20 minutes behind on a Wednesday, you don’t just keep ignoring it and help 5 more people in the drive thru. You put all hands on deck to finish the late order as quickly as possible. I ask for the GMs resignation, you clear don’t know what you are doing.
Don’t order or eat here let it die, it feels like it is on it’s last leg anyways

I just ordered the new Italian mozzarella chicken sandwich. Which I was with excited for, and they barely put any marinara on it. Taste good, but it would taste so much better with the advertised amount of marinara!

Had a nice experience at this Wendy’s! We ate inside and everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. The food was cooked well and came out fast, which was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful, and there were no issues with our order. Overall, a solid stop for a quick and easy meal.

Went to the drive-through at a random time at night. They were polite and told me they needed to cook a few things. I was happy to wait for fresh food. Everything tasted great, and I was thankful for plenty of napkins.

SLOWEST WENDYS IN THE STATE OF VIRGINIA there was 1 man waiting to order Infront of me I waited 13 minutes to place my order. While I waited the lobby filled up to the extend that customers could barely get into the building even with that, the lady taking orders is too focused on mobile orders. It’s been this way every time I’ve came here. The person taking orders should be probably only be taking orders. Typical lunch break from work is 30 minutes do these people not know that???? I forgot this time but I won’t forget again. I’ll go anywhere else but here going forward. Food was okay and fresh except for the nuggets those were ice cold.

It’s not the restaurant’s fault that the property it was bought on and built on was/is surrounded by some pretty less-than-impressive exterior decor (the blacktop/asphalt/surface of the drive-thru and building appearance overall). It’s not like it’s a thing that weighs heavily in a review of a drive-thru order.
The food has been fantastic to the point that I felt it only fair I leave a perfect review as a result. Please keep this level of quality up. I won’t go anywhere else for fast food in Gloucester if you keep this up.

People Are generally Pleasant But service Through the drive-thru is Always slow even though I never See this location busy at all And I don’t know why I keep Giving this place another chance The food is garbage It’s always cold When it’s supposed to be hot And sandwiches are made very sloppy and messy half the time my order is wrong but I don’t feel like going back out there and not once have I received a receipt never been offered one and then never found one in my bag either and I don’t believe it should be my responsibility to have to ask for one it is a standard business practice. Like I would like to know how much I paid for my “Frosty Swirl” tonight because I received a regular Frosty that looked nothing like the picture on the sign. So I really hope I did not pay anything extra for this. I don’t know if anybody ever checks these reviews before they go to a place like this but if you do don’t go to this Wendy’s I have been very forgiving and I keep giving it another chance like 10 times now and it’s ridiculous they just don’t care take my advice don’t waste your money here
