So this was an interesting experience for me and my kids. You walk in and you place your order on the kiosk. There are many different ramen to choose from, and the kiosk is very user friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the music was family friendly as well. Once the food was ready, We picked up the up our trays from the counter sat down and began to eat.
The food was actually cooked to perfection. The bok choy was flavorful the pork was juicy and the broth was rich in flavor as well. They had some Chilli oil that you could add as well and it just added a whole nother level to the broth. Definitely worth a try and me and the kids will be returning for more

1st time here and the ramen is pretty good. I’d say I’d fairly rate it 8/10.
You know when you go to an unfamiliar restaurant and you pick the “safe item” off the menu like something you know you’ll like? Well, that’s what I did. I went with the spicy Tonkotsu. It was very flavorful and the noodles were fresh. I also ordered the pickled cucumbers, which I favored a lot, and the pork Gyozas. The dumplings were a bit too crispy for my taste, but they were otherwise good.

Was looking for a great Ramen Place that was near by and stumbled upon this great find. I love Wu’s house but never tried this and didn’t know they have located at this location for 5 years. Anywho came right in ordered at the Kiosk and noticed how clean and beautiful the restaurant was. It wasn’t busy only 1 person sitting and this was around 2 in the afternoon. Instructions were clear to order at the kiosk and to grab a buzzer with number to enter for the food then a ticket printed out. Tables were self serve and they had a station for complimentary iced cold water with fresh cut lemons. Everything was clean and organized. Sat down and then my buzzer buzzed to alert me my food was ready. Paid at the counter retrieved my food and it looked so appealing and good and it tasted even better. I had the spicey miso ramen sub chicken as oppposed to the pork Chashu and extra noodles with Gyoza and everything was so fresh and delicious. The sauce for the Gyoza freaking amazing. The Skniy chili sauce was the perfect topping on the ramen along with the spicy chili paste. The egg, corn, the broth, the green onions all 1000/10. Service was great and nice. Will definitely return to try the crab rangoons!!!!

I visited for a small birthday gathering, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The food had some flavor, but it felt incomplete like it was always missing that final touch to make it memorable. For $15.99 I expected something more satisfying.

The service, however, was the real highlight and not in a good way. The cashier we encountered was dismissive and unprofessional, setting the tone right away. The restaurant provides self-serve cups thats reusable, yet the one I picked up and filled with water had a visible film inside. Naturally, I didn’t feel like drinking mystery residue. When I politely asked for a disposable cup, I was told no despite the fact that my own table mates were sipping from them. I even lowered the request further, asking if the lady at front counter if my cup could simply be rinsed out so I could get some water. We both looked at the film . Somehow, that too was denied. Instead, I was handed a deli container, as though that were a perfectly reasonable replacement for a drinking cup. Nothing says hospitality quite like being served water in a takeout tub. And let me be clear this wasn’t during a rush. At the time, no one was at the register, and there were only three other guests dining inside. I’ve worked in fast food myself, so I know how stressful customer service can be. I’m very understanding and patient when it comes to busy environments. But this was not that. This was simply poor service and a lack of basic courtesy.

The atmosphere itself felt cold and unwelcoming, which only magnified the lackluster experience.

In short: this establishment manages to charge full price, deliver half the effort, and still make you feel like an inconvenience for asking for the bare minimum. If you’re curious, do yourself a favor and stick to takeout, at least then you’ll already have A CLEAN CUP for water at home.
For Context, Apparently, this passes as a clean cup here.

I had my order to go, the broth was great and so was the pork. I do think it had an okay amount of spice for it being “spicy” but I think I will order more chili next time. The noodles for me were too springy, but next time I just have to tell them to cook them longer. I got extra pork since I felt it wouldn’t have been enough and it’s a good thing I ordered the extra. BEST crab ragoons I ever had! And they were full, usually they skimp on the ration filling but they were amazing. I am definitely going back to eat there

At 8:45 PM, while my husband and I were still inside the establishment, the staff turned off the lights on us.

This is a place we frequent because, honestly, we genuinely enjoy the food. However, the treatment has consistently been unpleasant. Despite that, we kept coming back because the flavor made us willing to tolerate poor service. Tonight was the breaking point.

Service is basically self serve, it was efficient. But food lacked flavor, wasn’t impressed with ramen (went on two occasions ordering the tonkotsu bowl once and the shoryu the other) food was fresh but seemed lacking love. Crab Rangoon seemed plain and the sweet and sour sauce was water downed. Noodles were very fresh, but broth was missing a flavor. Couldn’t figure it out. Smoothies and boba tea were spectacular

Not a place I’d go back to. The food is ok: I’ve had much better / more interesting for less.

Service is minimal, but that’s not a bad concept (order on tap screen, get a buzzer). Atmosphere is great.

Pretty basic ramen, neither the toppings nor the broth were noteworthy (the chashu was great, though). $10 for 4 takoyaki is very disappointing, I expected 6 or more for that price, and I wasn’t fond of them being on top of sweet & sour sauce ? The gyozas were unremarkable. I suggest you explore other places.

Food was okay. I ordered the pork rice bowel and it had no real flavor, just soy sauce on rice. The gyoza was good but didn’t have many for the price.

The ramen was great. It was very flavorful and given a good portion. I went for the seafood option for my ramen and my girlfriend went for the vegetarian option. Ordering is self done at the kiosk ahead of the front door. You get lots of options to customize. The ramen tastes as good as it looks too.
