DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION!
My 10:15 four sub order was not ready until 11:30, when I came in to get it, a shorter young man told me there was no bread? No apology, he just said it would be out in 15 minutes. It was already 10:20. The lights were off, chairs on the tables, and the manager was on his phone the whole time. When I got to my sons baseball game with the food, there were no napkins, mayo or mustard packets like Id ordered. The sandwiches were soggy and the meat was barely even in the bread. They had onion and mayo which I asked to be taken off. I called the store and I got put on hold for ten minutes so I hung up and went back up to the store that night. Another young man was apologetic but said that is very common for that store. He gave me a “credit” but Im not coming back lol

Manager Heather has totally turned this place around! She works fast and efficiently and makes excellent wraps and sandwiches. My online orders are always ready now when I show up to pick them up. Before she started working there, teens doing who knows what in the back wouldn’t even notice my online orders until I showed up and told them. But Heather has made this location soooo much better!

This Jimmy Johns location has messed up my order more times than I can count. I order online and have gotten the complete wrong sandwich, I’ve had multiple orders where they forgot to bring drink or side. They won’t do partial refunds, so I get the option to wait another 40 minutes while they go grab my drink/side and bring it back. I just lose money because I can’t wait that long. Today I ordered for delivery for my kids and it took an hour and 40 minutes to arrive. Don’t recommend ordering from this location.

Not only did I have to wait over 30 mins for an online order, that they didn’t put it in and start making until I had to ask about it again. And they still gave me the wrong order. Had I not already wasted 30mins waiting for a single sandwich I would had gone back. This wasn’t the first time this location has lost/delayed orders, but this will definitely be the last time I order from here

I absolutely love Jimmy John’s! I eat there at least, 3 times a week. And not once have I had a bad experience with the food until now. I have never ate at this location but wanted a sandwich on my way home from work. The girl who gave me my sandwich was fantastic! When I got back to my car, the bread was so stale, it was almost inedible. Which sucks because, that’s my favorite sandwich. I would have gone back in but I was in a time crunch. I don’t wanna get anyone in trouble but please do better!

I absolutely love these sandwiches. I oder from this location often as it is very close to where I work. However, my sandwich specifications are absolutely overlooked. What’s the point of having customization option online if the staff overlook them. I ask for mayo or extra vinegar and oil, I don’t get it. I ask for no peppers, yet they’re on my sandwich. All I ask is pay better attention to orders as they come through and make them to specifications.

For being ‘freaky fast’ it took over an hour and 15 minutes for my food to arrive. 1 hour of it was preparing my food. I could have used a separate delivery service and likely had a hot sit down meal delivered faster. Very disappointed and likely to not use the Jimmy John’s delivery service again.

If I could give a score lower than 1 I would. AWFUL service. I am unable to leave because of my job so I had it delivered, I work RIGHT ACROSS the street, maybe 2 minute drive. Ordered at 11:56am, 1 comes around; still no food. Track the order, said it was delivered but was not. Had a coworker call due to me being busy, he cussed at her and said to call back in 30 minutes when the manager was back.. Not sure why they would leave someone untrained alone at the restaurant incase an issue were to arise; like one did. This is the second time this has happened from this location. What happened to “freaky fast”?
