I haven’t ate at an Arby’s in probably 20 yrs, we stopped on the way back home. I was very impressed as service was terrific, clean restaurant and the food was all fresh, hot and delicious. I would come back to this location definitely!!

Well I was all happy about the 2 dip sandwichs for 8 bucks and tried them 3 times but every time I got a bad stomach ache so maybe skip this place. forget Arby’s unless you want to pay more for the other combos
or get sick on the 2 for 8, i give up.

Excellent customer service, very fast food turnaround, restrooms were clean and the dining area was sanitized. Took my gf and our kiddos out for dinner before our drive home and ordered every slider. They get 5 stars for accidentally hooking it up with the extra slider!

Avoid this place like it’s radioactive.
The staff isn’t just unfriendly, they go out of their way to be toxic.
Order through the Arby’s app? Don’t expect basic competence. If you try to pick up at the drive-through, they’ll first insist you never ordered from them. Show proof? They’ll snap at you to come inside, with the heavy set woman at the window showing contempt the whole time.
This has happened to me twice. Shame on me for giving them another chance.
On my “final”, third recent visit, I ordered inside. Same crew as the previous two visits. That’s when I watched them humiliate an elderly woman for no reason at all. They were not nice, in fact they were rude.
This location doesn’t deserve your money, your time, or even your spare change. Go anywhere else before you subject yourself to this dumpster fire.

I wanted to really like this Arby’s.
Reminds me of occasional nights out as a kid to the local Arby’s.
But this location, in Lake Havasu City, lacks on many levels. Too many of the roughly 30 times we have been over the years, the experiences were unsatisfactory.
It smells like sewage in the bathroom quite often and too often even when you walk into the restaurant.
Some of the employees back when we used to go were reason enough to stop going. They seriously lacked customer service skills and even though we were polite to them, they were, from our perspective, rude to us.
The lobby, most recent time in was underwhelming and could do with an updating. The booths need updating and they are cracking.
The food is inconsistent and the fries will often taste of old grease.
Maybe since we stopped going, they have stepped up their game.

One month later, staff is STILL passing off 12 ounce shakes as the Regular 16 ounce Shake. Corporate has done NOTHING to stop staff from ripping off cusyomers. Shake shakedown at Arby’s by Arby employee today. My 16 ounce regular orange cream shake appeared to be TOO small so I asked the cashier who assured me it was the correct size. I sat down at our table to compare it to the soda drink cup. It was definitely smaller than the shake I got 4 days ago. Back to the front where I asked the MANAGER who assured me it was the 16 ounce cup. She told me “You should see the 12 ounce shake. Its really small”. Being an engineer, I brought my shake cup home; filled my 2 cup measuring cup with 16 ounces of water and proceeded to fill my now empty shake cup. At 11.5 ounces, I had filled my shake cup. Either this was a mistake by an employee who couldn’t read and stocked the 12 ounce cups in the 16 ounce holder or it is a scam perpetrated by the manager/owner to skim profits. The fact that the cup was SO MUCH SMALLER should have clued the manager into checking but she could NOT be bothered. Way to fleece your customers Arby’s!

Me and my dad whom is ederly, went thru drive thru to order new pulled pork sandwhiches. My dad mistakenly called drive thru employee sir , and when we came up to the drive thru window , this employee which was a woman was deeply offended and snap at my dad “saying Im not a sir , Im a woman”. She was very snappy and this is not the 1st time we have seen this employee being snappy at us. Very dissappointed, at this Arby’s having to deal with a young woman employee whom is very unfriendly and snappy. Seeing all this happen I was speechless seeing this happen. I have never seen a employee / server act like this at a fast food place. Im in my 50’s , my dad is 78 yrs old . We wont go there till they change attitude and atmosphere there. Like the food , poor employee attitude towards customers!!!!!!!

I made an online order today went inside to wait for my order, I saw one of the employees go in the fridge to grab a chicken strip to drop in the basket to cook with no gloves on after that she was waiting for it to be cooked and rub her hands on her pants. I went to the front desk where they take orders to asked them to remake my food with gloves, the girl that was making the food with no gloves had an attitude instead of saying sorry. I asked to speak to the manager the woman that was taking orders said the manager will be right with you, she also was saying our hands are clean we wash our hands every 30 min and the oil kills the germs I told the girl that should not matter you should be wearing gloves. The manager never came up to talk to me so it seemed like she did not care about how her customers are being treated. The girl that made my order with no gloves didn’t even give me my order and say sorry just put my order where the take out order goes. This Arby’s is very nasty and unprofessional and needs to get their shit together!!
