Ordered the Hungry Boy breakfast. Hash browns were supposed to be covered in cheese. No cheese at all … just small portion of hash browns. The sausage patties were good … small. Very pedestrian pancakes almost to the point of having no flavor. A bit overpriced for what you get. Syrup served in small “to go” plastic containers guaranteeing that they spilled everywhere but on the pancakes. Very friendly staff and convenient location.

We drove by and found this little gem. We had stuffed sopaipilla with green chilies, the chilli burger and the mexican streak. OMG, it was so yummy. If you are near by, definitely try it out.

Favorite stop between Colorado and Texas! I always look forward to the green chile here when we go this route. Had the burrito Christmas style today! They have good burgers and Frito pie too.

If you’re driving through, you absolutely have to stop for their chips and guacamole—they’re phenomenal! Crispy, fresh, and perfectly seasoned, with guac that’s creamy and bursting with flavor. Honestly, it’s worth a detour just for that. And the rest of the place? Pure magic. Every bite, every corner, everything feels inique. truly an unforgettable experience.

We stopped here on our way to Colorado. We all enjoyed our food. We all ate for under $10 a piece. The staff was nice and the food was good. The onion rings were some of the best I have ever eaten. They have a good selection of food. They also serve breakfast until 11.

Nice quiet place to have a good meal. I ate here twice in two days. The first day I had an order of chili cheese fries with green chili and they were fantastic! The green chili isn’t too spicy, it’s just the right amount of heat. The second time I had a green chili cheese burger with fries and it was excellent as well. The staff is friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend stopping here for a meal!

Small town old style restaurant. Good food and service! Gas, snacks and gift also available.
This a small stop along the route from Raton to Tex line. Not much to stop at but this spot is a fine choice. All the food is tasty. Menue is a mix of breakfast, burgers and Mexican dishes. You find something to enjoy. The staff is positive and attentive. Atmosphere is small town gathering point. Prices are fair and portions decent. Much better than a fastfood stop.

First let me say the waitress never disconnected from her personnel blue tooth call she had going. I ordered the chicken fajitas, but they tasted nothing like fajitas. When I asked about it, the waitress said they don’t use any fajita seasoning and just fry the chicken in oil. That was very disappointing.
My Coke also didn’t taste right (no fizz), and when I politely asked if it could be taken off the bill, she refused. Keep in mind I was interrupting her personal call. When we paid and didn’t leave a tip due to the poor service, she actually asked us to tip her. Overall, very unprofessional service and not a good experience.

I hope this helps the next person considering this restaurant.

Driving from Texas to Wyoming stopped in, and I wasn’t disappointed. My husband got the bacon burger and fries, and I got the grilled chicken on a bun with Swiss cheese. My husband said the burger was good, not the best, but far from the worst. They do fresh jalapeños and they were hot. The chicken on a bun was excellent. It was tender, easy to eat, and good flavor. The fries could have used some seasoning, but they made up for it with the ranch. They have a really good ranch! They also have a good selection of souvenirs. The services was fast and the staff friendly.

Stopped in for lunch — wasn’t busy. The server was very friendly and efficient. It was clean. The food was 4/5, service 5/5. The food was good — wasn’t exceptional, but it was good. The sopapillas were fantastic though!! I wish I could have eaten more of them. A good little place to stop if you need food!
