Service is horrible. Sold me greasy mozzarella sticks and told me when I asked for fresh I couldn’t have them because I didn’t order fresh food. Extreme attitude when I told them I wasn’t eating grease. I was unaware that when I placed an order I had to ask specifically for fresh food

9/23/24 The girl that just took my order to the drive-thru was absolutely awesome. I can’t believe someone who is so nice over the PA system and was able to help me out with the discount that I was not aware of. I did not grab her name. She is in the Drive-Thru. My order number is DT331 I took a picture of the receipt and the time I was there was 12:27 p.m. Thank you for whoever you are. It was very nice to have someone like you just put a little extra effort in their day.

I almost didn’t go here because of the low rating but being from out of state my husband and I always find that Arby’s is a safe place for our aging digestive systems. I am soooo glad we ignored the low ratings. The place was nearly spotless. The employees were prompt and polite. The food was perfectly made. The only complaint I have is of my own making. I continue to order the Jalepeno Bites thinking I can eat like a teenager… I can’t. But even they were perfectly made. Hopefully people who regularly frequent this establishment will begin writing positive reviews.

Went to Arby’s for the first time EVER lol had to try their wagu burger and I have to say I was not dissapointed I’m picky when it to comes to burgers every since I had a whataburger in Texas but Arby’s really outdid themselves with this burger it was really really good to bad its only limited or this would be my new burger joint.
