DO NOT COME TO THIS BURGER KING. I’m highly upset that I placed a mobile order and they still got my whole order messed up. It’s like they didn’t even care. Its like they just put the someone else food in the my bag and said here. Not only I wanted my chicken sandwich plain with cheese they added mayo, and it tasted like it was expired. The sweet tea I had WAS GOD AWFUL. Spent over $40 worth of disappointment. If your reading this please do not come to this Burger King save yourself time and go to McDonald’s. I will no longer be eating at any Burger King.

I went to the Burger King on Newbern in Raleigh around 1:30 PM today. I was order # 97. The customer service was so so, nothing great but not rude. This is a brand new store and I must say it is so drab. Talk about minimal corporate crap. Not a painting in the place so monotone it’s ridiculous. It’s like you’re at the dentist. Even the dentist has more pictures and character than this. The reason why I’m upset is they forgot my chicken sandwich. I looked real quick in the bag saw two burgers figured it was a sandwich underneath that but it was the ketchup packets. Also the french fries I got the value and it was only a few literally like nine fries. To make matters worse, the buns were stale on the burgers, and everything was ice cold. I wanted to do the survey but they did not give me a receipt. So I do not know the store number. Every time I try to Google it I get the phone number of course. I tried calling the store four times and the number posted online is wrong. So this is my last resort since I can’t call and with out the store identifying number I can’t do the survey. So I’m leaving my gripe here. BK just lost a customer.

Customer service was good, the gentleman who took our order was polite and friendly.
Our order came out fast and as requested.
The young lady who was helping the drive thru and later on took our to go order was very polite and friendly as well.
Atmosphere is a three because it is small, no playground and there was no music.

Disappointed they didn’t take my order before their closing time
Just a response to your replay, the order has taken place 15 min before their closing time. I was there 10 min before the closing time at the drive thru and I even walked to the doors everywhere, the time sheet says that you guys close aAT 12:00 AM not before. I also need a refund.

BK aimed to please! I was not disappointed either. The line moved right along. Have you ever had that taste for a good charcoal cooked burger, well I was not disappointed. BK delivered BIG TI M E! I really enjoyed the meal. The window Associate greeted me with a Smile and served my fries HOT ! Now that’s what I’m talking about! Go by and get the same…that’s right in Raleigh, NC. This place is fast and the food is as expected. Two big complaints though: 1) After I ordered my food, the female cashier whispered to me “Don’t do it”. Why I asked. ” Because the tacos are nasty,” she said… 2) I watched a man refill the ice machine with grody-looking buckets; set them on the floor; re-stack them; and then get more ice (i.e. ice in your cup touched bottom of bucket which also touched floor). Oh, and btw, it appeared that higher mgmt saw these things too. Pretty gross… Bottom line: Just go somewhere else.
