We had a decent experience at this McDonald’s. The place was clean, tidy, and spacious, with very few people around, which we appreciated. However, despite the low number of customers, our order took an unusually long time to be prepared. This was quite disappointing, but overall, the environment was nice.

Order and payed for a large fry with my 2 double cheese burgers 5 mins ago and this is what I got. The fries cost 5 dollars and they’re not even served to you on the portion you paid for. This is why I would rather pay Five Guys extra. The food is always fresh and good there and they’ll give you an overflow of fries versus this smh.

I honestly don’t understand how McDonald’s constantly gets my order wrong. I placed and paid for a mobile order, making sure to add extras and customize everything correctly. I ordered one Hamburger Happy Meal with cheese and pickles, plus extra fries, and another regular Nugget Happy Meal with sauce for the nuggets. I also ordered chicken strips with sauce. Instead, I was given two Nugget Happy Meals with apples and no sauce at all.

It’s frustrating because I order this as a special cheat day treat for the kids at my daycare, and one of them doesn’t even eat nuggets. Thank God I had ordered a cheeseburger too, so I was able to give it to that child. When you’re paying extra to customize an order, it shouldn’t be this difficult to get it correct.

Over and over again.i have to fight for the bacon ordered to substitute sausage to bacon and side order of bacon.confirmed with most mcdo one sausage is equals to 2 strips.the staff here dont know math more than 2x they give me 2 half strips sub to sausage and i have to argue i ordered extra bacon on the side and they keep on forgetting to give me the extra bacon.slowest drive thru.one strip of bacon will not add $ in your salary.go ahead post the pic as per that spanish worker.so i did.you should know 1 sausage is not the same price of 1 strip of bacon.mgmt should confirm if customer will substitute sausage to bacon is not the same with 1 strip only.know your math!

It’s usually 5+ minutes before you get your food in the drive through, which is fine (although I’ve waited 15 minutes once). But today I received two cheeseburgers, one that had only bread cheese and ketchup and a second that had bread cheese pickles and ketchup.

I ordered a small fries, a cheeseburger, and a medium Coca-Cola with no sugar. When I received my order through the drive-through, the fries were cold. I then had to walk into the store and wait an additional 10–15 minutes before anyone assisted me. Due to the long wait and frustration, I requested a refund for the fries only. Serving cold food to customers is unacceptable, and this experience was very disappointing.

We ordered at the kiosk and it came out quickly correctly and fresh. The girl that delivered it was very nice. I went up to get some ketchup later and the girl that gave me the ketchup helped me quickly and was also very nice. The store is very clean overall a very enjoyable experience..

Placed a mobile order. Waited for well over an hour, just to get home and realize half of my food was missing. My nuggets were soggy, all of the food was cold, I got 0 sauce for my nuggets. 0/10 crappy experience for $30.
