I went here this morning to see if they are as rude as all the reviews say. Oh boy they didn’t disappoint. No line in drive thru and they told me to hold please. 5 minutes later they came back with an attitude to take my order. I backed out and went to McDonald’s. BTW the order would have been for 4 kids and 2 adults, so I guess their goal there is to refuse to do their jobs and be rude to all customers!
Avoid this one. Every time I ordered before today was doordash and they got every order wrong but 1. Really low end people is what burger king looks for to hire I guess.

Came in for a croissanwhich, the sausage one came fine but the ham came barely warm to the touch and the cheese wasn’t even beginning to melt. This was after several minutes so not sure what they were doing. I took it back and asked for a warm one. Waited a few more minutes only to receive the same sandwich back but had been microwaved very obviously it was hot enough to scald your hand. This is what McDonald’s lost a lawsuit over with the coffee … good thing for them I’m smart enough to know not to bite into this thing.

I stopped in to get something quick to eat at around 6:00pm, I was standing at the counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Finally I just said excuse me are you guys serving from the counter at this time? A guy with glasses and tattoos on his neck turns around and said with attitude, “we’re busy and the only ones here right now, goodnight”. So I turned around and walked out the door, they won’t be getting my business anymore.

not very often i can say this about fast food……every single item we ordered was fresh and hot and the service was fast and friendly.
it’s about 9:30pm on a Monday.

Went to this Burger King around 8pm. When I got up to the speaker and began placing my order I could already hear the attitude in the woman’s voice. I had to repeat myself over and over as I could hear her also talking to someone in the background, so it was clear she wasn’t paying attention. I have no idea how you get root beer , when someone says sweet tea. They sound nothing alike.
I drive up to the window without having placed my order because clearly she can’t hear me, so I figure I’ll tell her to her face.
The attitude continues and clearly she doesn’t want to be there. I ordered the Mexican Street Corn Whopper. It was flavorless, had practically no sauce on it and corn chips were very scarce.
Will never go back to this location again. Burger King is good, but when you have to put up with this type of disrespect and lag about $25 for 2 meals, you expect to at least get what you pay for. The attitude I could look past, but when you pay good money for food and feel like you got robbed, that’s where I draw the line.

The lady taking drive thru orders today had a very strong accent, was rude, and kept rushing me. I ordered an unsweetened iced tea that wasnt available so I ordered an orange soda. She entered coke. She had trouble placing the rest of the order. Got to the window and they handed me a water instead of orange soda. I verified the rest of the order, got home and they still messed up our order. The lady wearing a black shirt should not take drive thru orders and not be in a customer service role.

Well my son went and got us dinner. Been craving tacos from here. Got 3 tacos and a fry. 2 of the tacos were not even edible period. Like they had been sitting for hours. I live 3 blocks from this location. Very disappointed!!!!
