I just left the ellettsville tocobell bell got two Mexican pizzas. And they taste like chemicals. I can’t eat them. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this is the third time this has happened. I’m disgusted. I understand you have to clean the machines at night you cook on but they have to clean the cleaner off better. It’s so hit or miss anymore.

This Taco Bell is just sad, we didn’t get part of our order, they gave me a nacho bell grande with 2 week old beans, a tortilla with a single chicken nugget in it and a potato taco with no potatoes. Would rate 0 stars if I could. This was ridiculous.

Personally I just moved here for college and this Taco Bell is the closest to the dog park I go to. This Taco Bell never misses. The food is always so good. Never a bad taco bell experience and I come here often. The employees are always super friendly too. #lovethisplace

My coke is flat, manage said it does that when no ice is in cup. Lol she selling flat pop, why can’t she say no pop today?? And the crunch wrap is just Luke warm, manage made up a excuse for that too, I heated it up and hopefully I won’t get sick from this crappy restaurant. It use to be a very good restaurant.

We ordered a meal for 2 online, and we made a couple customizations to the items. (The app let us do it to each individual item but when we arrived to pick it up it had made all customizations to both like items.) So when he asked if everything looked correct I told them the customizations then we went to the window. He seemed very Annoyed that we had made changes and did not shy away from showing it. He handed us the food and when we asked for a fork I thought his head might explode. Once we got to eat our food, the customizations were to the Crunchwraps and they put next to no meat in it and was literally just lettuce and sour cream with maybe a tablespoon of meat in it. I thought they waited to make your food to arrive, but if dude would have just said it was already made we would have taken it, but to get mad at us then not give us meat in our food is ridiculous. I paid for it and I expect to get meat in an item that was supposed to have it. So if you go here don’t make customizations, they don’t like that!

The night shift staff are excellent. I come here at night a lot. The food is always tasty and arrives quickly. Not to mention the attitude of the workers. Not only does everyone have great customer service, always interacting with a smile and cheerful tone, but the staff are always pleasant to each other as well. Many times when I’m sitting eating my meal, I can hear them laughing with one another or being friendly to familiar customers. You can tell they like each other and they like the work. I know this place is a chain but this particular location feels like your hometown restaurant where everyone knows you and wants to be there. Great job!

I have eaten at a lot of Taco Bell’s and this one is the best Taco Bell’s in southern Indiana. I called to ask how late they were open (all the Bloomington ones close early) and Jasmine was very polite on the phone. Lindsey was super helpful answering questions about a new item they had.
10/10 service and will definitely be driving out of my way to come here again!

It doesnt deserveva star. I will never buy anything from taco bell in ellettsville again there is more shell then anything else… The cheese roll up didn’t have much cheese in it… Taco bell on 3rd street puts them in shame…
