I get you have to manage equity in waitstaff per table, but when you won’t sit my group in a booth as requested and there are many available because that waitress is not up in rotation, that’s a problem with your system.
As always, the food is consistently good, but for a slow Monday night, the number of tables left uncleaned made it feel like a dive bar.

Worst experience ever. Went here Sunday for an order I placed at 1pm for a 5pm pick up. Got to the restaurant a little after 5pm and at first they couldn’t find the order. Then said it would be awhile. That’s fine had no problem waiting until 3 HOURS LATER AND NO FOOD. We canceled the order and left with the understanding we would be refunded the $119… well we have yet to get a refund or any answers. Save your money and go somewhere else. Such a horrible experience and still no answers, no food, no refund!!!
UPDATE- we were finally issued a refund 5 days after and spoke with the GM. Apparently this location was having problems with a new computer system and that’s why they were only making new orders and not ones placed online hours prior. I think my issue is no one should have to wait 3 hours and then have to leave with no food. That’s extreme. I think as a manager on shift someone could have went into the kitchen and made sure the food did get made instead of only relying on a faulty computer system. The issue is a customer waited 3 HOURS and no one in the restaurant decided to problem solve. I hope you guys have resolved the issue and no one else has an experience like this. I hope that management was able to learn from this and do better going forward. As for us, we learned our lesson and won’t be back.

Well, I now know why you shouldn’t order anything.But wings at buffalo wild wings. The french fries were good, but I ordered the beer cheese cheesesteak and it was awful. It was overcooked to the point that it tasted crunchy.It tasted awful, not to mention, it was like fifteen dollars.And the size of a hot dog roll. Lesson learned! Should have ordered the wings.They’re always good.

I stopped at this BWW with a couple of work friends for a quick lunch. We went around 1130 and there weren’t very many people there at the time. Service was great for us. Food was good, we came here for the cauliflower wings for my friend and she was happy. I got the chicken tenders and they were great, as were the onion rings. I ordered the 5 piece but I had leftovers and even the 3 piece would have been plenty for lunch. We didn’t check out the beer menu this time. Parking lot seemed small but it was nice they had their own.

After waiting a long time for service, the bartender approached, gave us menus, and we politely asked if she could wipe the table down. It was just two of us and we had picked the smallest table available, even though it needed to be wiped down. She rudely responded with “you picked the only dirty table to sit at. Pick a different one that is clean, you can sit over there” and points to a 6 top.
As we had already waited so long, and had been treated poorly, we opted to leave and go to another location.

This location has terrible customer service. There were several things wrong with our order so we called to see what they could do to fix it. The manager said they would replace it if we came back to the store, but when we got there, they hadn’t even started to make the new order. They also insinuated that they would only exchange it if we brought the original order back as well as if they were going to resell food that had been taken off premises. The manager was very unprofessional and even thought we drove 40 minutes out of the way, we didn’t even get the order fixed. Won’t be returning

So after many years of not going to BWW I decided to give them another try. I had received a birthday coupon for $10 off and was told when I ordered it only applies to dine in ( not stated anywhere on the coupon) but ok no big deal. I placed my order and was given a pickup time of 8:10. I arrived on time and at 8:30 our take out was ready. Drove home only to open the bag to see no dippers ( supposed to have 5) and all the food was cold. I called and the manager said I could come back or they would credit me $15. I decided for the credit since it was now almost 9pm and I was already home. Then they credited me back $10 not $15(not a big difference but it’s the point) which 5 dippers is $15.49 When I picked up my takeout there was maybe 4 tables of customers so it can’t be that they were busy. I am convinced they just can’t get it right.

Cashiers was great , Greeted me at the door as soon as I walked in ,the problem is the chicken wings I order Wild , sweet chile lime & spicy garlic the chicken had very very little sauce on them almost none and the chicken was very dry pink in the inside and cold..I also ordered mozzarella sticks. I live right around the corner got home they was even cold it’s like the food was just sitting out all day not fresh at all. I just trashed the food I was so disappointed ..I won’t be ordering from here ever again. Here’s a picture of how the wings has very little to no sauce.. geez I mean you guys have so many sauces and don’t use it on the chicken wings pointless to sale sauce just sale naked chicken.
