This place is amazing! The staff is always so pleasant and the food is so tasty. So far I have only tried the chicken tender platter and ranch but thats a favorite for sure. The tenders are decent sized and fried to perfection. The fries are out of this world. I hate cold fries, but these are still good even if you let them sit out. I have been a customer a long time at the Amore’s in Bear. Never have I been treated so poorly as I was on February 8,2026.
When I called this take out order in, the female employee I spoke with did not listen to what I was saying and spoke over me the whole time. She all did not read back the order to make sure everything was correct.
When I received the order, items were missing and only two things of my actual order was received.
I called and was treated disrespectfully by two female employees. It took over ten minutes to explain the issue because they both chose to talk over me.
When I received the corrected order, it still was not correct, but I chose not to make a second call back.
Amore’s food is very good and because of this I would recommend the restaurant. However, I would be reluctant to order delivery again.
It’s very disappointing to be treated so poorly when my family has supported this business for a long time time.

Pizza is good every time. Got a Stromboli today and look at the photo! Delicious and fresh. Everyone that works there are so accommodating and nice. It’s our “go to” pizza place. Can’t wait to try everything on the menu!

I usually do not do this. I don’t like to say anything bad about anybody who’s just trying to make a buck but the quality of the service and food has gone down tremendously in the last few months of me ordering. I ordered the cheesesteak and asked for simple ketchup extra mayo. Needless to say I got a lot of ketchup and it looks like someone ate my fries. This isn’t the first time that I’ve had a problem or the 4th or 5th time. The thing is I work at the refinery up here in Delaware City and I know how much business we give them. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them anymore and I will encourage others here not to order from them as well. And whoever the driver was today that came with an attitude, we didn’t do it to you. Hope you_r day gets better sport.
Update: 3/4/26 I tried to give them another chance and they failed to put a whole ingredient on my sandwich. The lady proceeded to argue with me and tell me that my eyes was lying to me and the countless eyes in the room around me were lying. Do not eat at this place they do not give a damn about honesty or customer service anymore being that they think the refinery is beholden to them. Never again.

We always get pizza from here for our safety lunches. It’s nice they make one last delivery to the refinery right before our lunch. The pizza is always good and hot. I’ve had the buffalo chicken and the meat lovers. Their steak calzone is awesome, and the broccoli one is good too.

I hate to leave this review, but after reading others and seeing they’re experiencing the same issues I felt I needed to.
I’ve been coming here for years. Throughout those years we’ve got food poisoning twice.
For some reason we kept coming back after taking a huge break (a year plus) from ordering from here.
In the recent months the quality, and service, has went way down while the prices have almost doubled on some items.
We order a pizza well done (because half the time regular comes out kinda doughy) and it’s still the same.
The latest thing was their pathetic attempt at social media on TikTok where they were showing bad images of their food, not marketing to their customers and more to themselves. As someone who has 30+ years experience in marketing I sent them a PM to give them some pointers in the right direction. I run multiple accounts with millions of like, followers, etc spread across multiple platforms. You would think they would either say ty, tell me to get bent, or just ignore my message. Nope they blocked me. So that goes right on par with the last two reviews I’ve read on how stupid and ignorant the people running this place have become.

I have been patronizing this establishment for many years. Over the last several months the quality of the food and customer service has declined significantly! My last 2 delivery orders were made incorrectly and instead of them offering a credit for the full amount of the item, they offered a partial credit for the ingredient that was omitted from the item, which is ridiculous. On top of that the people that work behind the counter have no customer service skills or professionalism. I will NOT be spending my money here anymore and I would NOT recommend this establishment!

I checked the reviews because a lady said she was going to write one about how bad the customer service was. I just wanna say that after reading some of what she wrote and being there in person, the guy gave nothing but respect. She constantly cut him off and was being extremely rude, I’m sorry that he had had to deal with that. I also understand that it can frustrating when food is made incorrectly but he did say he will have it remade. I understand both sides.
Also, taking the tip off from the delivery order is ridiculous. The driver had nothing to do with the food.

You are better off grabbing Costco Kirkland frozen pizza, add whatever you want to it along with drizzle of olive oil…..cook on a pizza stone @400° 15 minutes in the oven.
Much better then this dump.
