I’ve been coming here since they first opened and have always enjoyed their boba drinks and shaved snow ice—my all-time favorite. The service has consistently been excellent, and the boba baristas always come up with great tea creations.
With the chilly weather today, I decided to try the warm grass jelly dessert. It came with boba, red bean, taro, and taro balls, plus peanuts on the side for those with allergies—but of course, I added them in. The dessert was sweet, but not overly so—just perfectly delicious and comforting.
Grass jelly is known in Asian culture for its health benefits, including aiding digestion and supporting blood sugar regulation, so enjoying this dessert felt both indulgent and good for me. Yes Boba is truly my go-to spot for a sweet treat in my life.
And I have to give a shout-out to their Taiyaki—fish-shaped waffles filled with your choice of matcha, Nutella, mozzarella cheese, custard, or red bean. I’ve tried them all, and not a single one has disappointed.

We’ve been enjoying Boba from various places for a long time, but Yes Boba feels a cut above the rest. They’ve shown that they repeatedly deliver well made boba tea every time.

We order the Taro Milk with Boba, something new, and a taiyaki just about every time. The taro milk is made with fresh taro, which really stands out and makes the flavor just that much better.

The Taiyaki is really good and freshly made for each order. It reminds me of the taiyaki I had in Japan. I especially like the mozzarella taiyaki

Interior is very clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. Prices aren’t too high given the quality and care.

Really delicious, I’ve been craving a boba for awhile, but all the ones I’ve been too (across the states) are wayyyy too sweet, even if you get 25% or 0% sugar.

Read the review on here about the sweetness levels which made me give them a try and it’s worth it.

My mom is adverse to new things and even she really liked the Thai latte and said it wasn’t too sweet.

While the drinks weren’t bittersweet, they were still really good. I only tried the brown sugar milk tea, but their other drinks look super delish. I will say I did still find the drink sweet, but getting it 50% the second time I went was way better.

Im a big fan of korean bingsu and their shaved ice/kakigori is of the same texture. Soft snow melt in the mouth feel. Good serving for 10$.

The taro meets taro has boba, taro, and mochi i think. 3 different toppings but when you eat it, they all feel similar, chewy. You can barely taste the difference with the 3 aside from the boba is sweeter. I recommend this flavor if you like chewing/mochi stuff. Im not too much of a fan of this combination but im going to try other flavors next time.

The taiyaki is also good. Freshly made and the custard is not too sweet.

The place looks sleek and nice. Lots of parking available around.

I’ve tried many boba tea shops and I would say this one is one of the best. The boba shop was modern and clean. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable with their recommendations. The boba had the perfect chewy consistency and the right flavor. It reminded me of the boba teas I had while visiting Taiwan. My kids got brown sugar milk tea and Thai tea and said it’s so good! I got the recommended avocado smash. Never tried anything like this before. The avocado smash was amazing! The homemade pudding and with added boba it was the perfect combination. The kids loved it so much we stopped again the next day! We tried the Nutella taiyaki and the chocolate shaved ice. The taiyaki was very good and we ended up ordering another one. Shaved ice portion was huge! The ice was so smooth and satisfying. We will be stopping here many times for sure!

Very good!! The shaved snow ice are HUGE and delicious. The taiyaki is delicious and made fresh!

My only bit of constructive feedback is that the mocha iced macchiato was a bit bitter and could’ve benefited from more cream and sugar.

Staff was quick and super friendly! Prices are reasonable!

They were very friendly and the boba tea was good! not to sweet which I liked. I got the mango green tea with tapioca boba. I also got a taro filled taiyaki and it was delish. Reminded of the places I went to in LA. Definitely would go back.

This place is great! The decor is super cute, and their boba feels very fresh texturally. Their drinks are delicious, you know a place is legit when you can feel the literal chunks of taro in your taro milk tea. They also don’t charge extra for low/no ice which I appreciate as that seems to be a thing at a lot of boba places. Also they have the cleanest fish tank I’ve ever seen in a food joint, those fish look happy to be there 🙂 I feel like I found a local gem!

Fantastic, hidden gem serving authentic treats! First of all, the shaved ice is HUGE and has so many fun toppings (mine had a custard pudding!). Unless you’ve been to Asia in the summertime, you’ve probably never tried anything like this. It has the texture of fresh snow or an airy-light ice cream feeling.

The taiyaki (stuffed waffles) are FRESH and made to order, unlike some other places. We got the red bean filling, which was lightly sweet and authentic.

The taro milk tea was clearly a cut above the competition, with its fresh taro taste – such a delightful surprise!

The staff members were nice, helpful, and patient. I sat back and enjoyed the very comfy chairs while they prepared everything fresh to order. Lovely experience! I will be back soon.
