So I tried to find a survey or something but can’t.
I went a few days ago and was behind a lady in a motorized Walmart cart. This lady was rude and just overall unpleasant. The two young men at the counter (I believe Conner and Skyler? I got their names but lost my note) handled all her problems with the most patience I have seen in a while. The lady complained that the lettuce looked “too brown” (it was fine) and had them grab a new bag out just to appease her.
These two young workers did fantastic, even while she was being difficult the other took and finished my order.
I talked to the manager but unfortunately did not get her name. I wanted to make sure she knew they did well when handling this lady.
People are so quick to leave nasty or negative reviews when things don’t go their way, it takes nothing to leave something positive.
Btw my lunch was good ✌

The employees treat you very badly, the service is terrible, and the place is a mess. The drink dispenser is incredibly dirty (full of mold) where the drinks come out, I’m not exaggerating! Imagine what we can’t see.

I ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch footlobg subs from this location. I picked it up and brought it home to enjoy with my wife. I unwrapped my sub to find that not only is there no cheese, but also no bacon. Not to mention that there were a total of 6 pieces of small chopped chicken on the entire footlong. This will be the last time that I visit this location, which is sad since it’s in such a convenient location.

1:40pm on the 11th Ordered two 6in meals tuna and BMT (there was no white bread) which is fine it happens but the short little girl working with the 2year pin on her hat has a very crappy attitude. Customer service smile and take the order. Act happy. Some how you made getting a sandwich a crappy experience. I wish we could’ve had the lady with glasses take our order.

I ordered over the Subway app on Tuesday and was charged $15.44. I ordered the meal deal and only received the 6′ sub no drink and no chips. It was delivered by door dash. I told the dasher, and the response was “I delivered what they gave me.” I do door dash on the side and always check the order for all of the items. I tried calling the Subway 5 times no answer. I called door dash customer support and was told they would request a refund with Subway, but they couldn’t refund me. Still no refund and the Subway won’t answer the phone. All I can say is never again will I use the Subway app to order food!

Place an order for pick up an hour before I needed it and it got cancelled on us as we walked in. When we walked in we were told 3 different stories at to why. 1. They were told to close early 2. Ran out of ingredients 3. Oven turned off so they had to cancel it. Not to mention I called twice prior to check in and it ran straight through.

I will never order food from here again, I paid for double meat on a salad bowl and did not get it, my chicken Dipper’s are so hard i can’t eat them… now they will not answer the phone, they keep picking it up then hanging up … This is not the first time that I have had an issue with service from this location… And yet somehow there’s nobody ever to talk to unless you go to the location… unfortunately, people who don’t have cars around these parts get the short end of the stick

Me and my friend got subs today and subs were okay, but the employees not so much. We walked up and nobody said anything, we walked to where we order and an employee named Cody stood there till we ordered. He was very monotoned and when we asked questions he proceeded to just say I don’t know. Not very good customer service. We payed for our food and sat down to eat. As we ate we noticed the employees were standing behind the counter eating, and talking like they were hanging out at there home, cussing, and loud talking. I hope theee attitudes and will improve. The cashier was blonde and she was the only one that I had the least problem with. She was polite and sweet.

After shopping in Walmart on the way out we have stopped here to grab a sub to take home. Lots of younger employees running this one, they really don’t seem to listen or really care how they prep your sub, but that’s my opinion. Dining area needs a little attention, subs are either overloaded which is fine with me or not enough items on it next time you order. Bread, we ask for fresh always and get told we just made this morning. Still the ends are hard and flaky dried out.
