update about Marcksville MickDonald’s: the McDonald’s is now mutch better. they fixed the McNuggets, they facelifted the exterior, the MickDonald’s is now lit up all day and night long, it’s even perfect to get for lunch on the way to Alexandria Louisiana for a night visit to Coliseum Boulevard Walmart Supercenter after having Flaschback McDonald’s on 507 MacArthur drive in Alexandria for dinner

Completely shocked I’m not a big McDonald’s person once in a great while I’ll crave a Big Mac I went there It was probably the worst Big Mac I’ve ever had in my life have you ever had anything and once you ate it you said I have no desire to ever eat one of those again This experience did that to me. The burger did not seem like it was cooked very well The meat seemed like it’d been in that tray for too many hours and the service of McDonald’s is never good. I’m officially going to have to write McDonald’s off luckily where I live there’s a hamburger place called Griff’s it’s spectacular and it’s cheaper and it’s quality. Plus McDonald’s charges way too much for food that is not worth the quarter what you pay everybody knows this but they’re going to gouge you and get all they can because of McDonald’s and that’s what they do. They do have good Dr pepper though. Look at the response from the owner is the same when they give everybody they take no responsibility just like you see on all social media about McDonald’s the owner shows the same thing here they don’t care they just hit copy and paste. I’m assuming this is a franchise shame on you if you are and if you’re not shame on the corporate for allowing this to happen. If you want McDonald’s really bad just drive a little further and go to the next one stay away from this one as bad as McDonald’s is this place will make you think it’s even worse.

3 of the 4 kiosks were not working, so I waited at the counter for 5 minutes. No one showed up so I tried the 4th kiosk and it let me order. I ordered (at 1:51 PM according to the receipt) took a table number, and paid. Sat and waited. And waited. Finally saw my order setting on a counter in the back by the to go orders (it’s about 2:05PM by now.) I finally got a workers (she was wearing a red shirt) attention and asked if they could please bring it to me, as it had been sitting for quite awhile.
She said “I’m the only one up front” (like that was an excuse for my food to get cold) and walked past it like 3 more times before I got louder and asked her to please bring the food.
She finally brought it. Then I had to go back because they did not have any sweet tea (which I ordered) and another lady eventually filled the cup.
We ate, everything was cold, and the burgers on the double QPC were dry, like they had been setting out for a couple of hours. The final straw was when my wife bit into the Apple Pie. OMG it was super dry, burnt on the edges, and basically empty/dehydrated. By this time it’s about 2:30, and we noticed the “Enjoy By” sticker said “2:08 PM, 3/26”.
I’ve never had this bad of experience at McDonalds before. Ever. The staff don’t care, the machines were out of ice, no sweet tea, and the food was cold. Disgusting location.

Went inside to order so that my order was not missing items , and sure enough they forgot items anyways even with going inside. The soda machines were absolutely disgusting and it smelled so bad like homeless people inside . The tables were filthy and the people working there acted like we were bugging them when asking for the items that were missing. The food was decent for a McDonald’s, but McDonald’s food, is McDonald’s food but cleanliness and accuracy of orders should not be an issue for a food establishment

Line outside was super long so I went inside about 9:40 p.m. to be the only one ordering. A simple order of one hamburger and small fries took just over 10 minutes. Oh, the guy in the back talking loud to someone and using the MF word alerted me to the lack of hair control by one employee standing at the food prep area. Nastiness…. 🙁 What does the Avoyelles Health Department think of this?
