Came by for trivia, stayed for the food and drinks! The atmosphere is lovely, and there are so many food options. It’s a bit more pricey than a regular bar, but highly affordable for a gluten safe place. I cannot recommend enough!

First I HAD NO CLUE this place existed!!!! Thanks to my amazing foodie friend Amber for telling me about Stoic. This is an absolute GLUTEN FREE restaurant!!!!! I ordered one of everything on the food menu to try it all and I am here to say it was ALL AMAZING. The flavors, the textures, the everything gluten free was refreshing!!!!! It was well worth it!!!! The pizza is beautiful crafted like their gluten free beer. I did not try the beers but they looked amazing and all made by his wife and are gluten free!!! If you’re looking for the most up and coming place to hang out this is the place. The atmosphere gets five stars!!!!

Amazing celiac safe pizza! I wasn’t able to try any beer yet, but I definitely found my new celiac safe pizza spot moving forward. It was the first freshly prepared pizza I’ve had since my diagnosis and the crust did not disappoint . Made me want to cry tears of happiness . Can’t wait to try a fresh pretzel!

Finally—a brewery where I can actually order a beer! Stoic Brews Alternative is a completely gluten-free establishment with an impressive variety of drinks and food options. Their beers are brewed with alternative grains like sorghum, millet, corn, and quinoa, making them safe for those of us who have had to give up traditional beer. I ordered a supreme pizza with vegan cheese and it was amazing! I haven’t had a proper pint in years, and let me tell you, it feels amazing to sit at the cool kids’ table again!❤️

Everything here is gluten free, but that doesn’t mean it’s just for those who are gluten free- my Fiancé is not gf and also enjoyed the food and brews. It was so nice to order off a menu and not worry about a thing, and be able to share!
The pizzas were my favorite, so much so that we ordered one to go. They were understanding of allergies and able to modify toppings for us.
The staff were so personable and knowledgeable about their products, the owner was delightful. The atmosphere was relaxed, great for a group outing or a date night. The prices were fair. And the food and beer was 10/10. Will definitely be returning.
Hoping to see them expand their menu in the future, it’s quite small now. But even for a light bite and the beers alone it was phenomenal. Thinking about doing our wedding rehearsal dinner here cause it was that good.
