I came through the drive thru with a friend of mine to pick up a couple matches and some donuts. My transaction was quick we knew actually what we wanted and they moved us through the line pretty quickly. I waited about 2 minutes after ordering to pay and get our food. Our drinks couldn’t have been made any better, the donuts were still fresh from when they made them this morning. Couldn’t have asked for a better Dunkin’ run!

They dont listen to u i ordered 2 donuts and a medium ice tea with 4 liquid sugars i got 1 liquid sugar and I never received my donuts … I paid for everything in cash and I tried calling phone is disconnected… What a way to run a store that u cant call or i never received my donuts….

Having started from Naperville, Dunkin was our first halt for a shot of hot coffee. It was much needed for the headstart in this freezing weather.
Got our coffee pretty quick as the store wasn’t busy, however, coffee wasn’t good enough. Still, a long way to go (Gatlinburg).
Apart from that, clean store, sanitized restrooms, & good location.
Fast service, not at all busy.

No receipt given, we ordered 4 wake up wraps and a large original blend hot with French vanilla swirl. It has NO French vanilla in it. My hubs coffee she was making wrong so instead of dumping and starting over she dumped into a larger cup and gave him the disgusting exl whatever this is. It tastes like they put my French vanilla cream in it then tried to change it to a mocha. AWFUL. Something is always wrong when we stop at this dunkin.

Since this location got refreshed it has become the worst Dunkin in the area. The employees used to be decently friendly, since the refresh it seems there are mostly new employees who are not friendly. Today was likely the last time I’ll be visiting this location. I ordered some drinks on the app, when I got to the order screen I was informed they were out of oatmilk, this happens frequently, so I requested almond milk instead. They were out of that too so I get it with whole milk despite having already paid the dollar upcharge for oatmilk. When the hand me the drink, a hot latte, it was cold. Not warm, not cool, cold. I went to the Munster location and will likely continue going there despite it being out of my way.
