This place is not like it used to be to be. The lady that served me was rude and had no compassion whatsoever. Then I ordered a loaded potato soup and found a thick pice of plastic deep in the soup. Yuck! Won’t be going there anymore.

I ordered a tuna sandwich meal, except the tuna is on a tomato wrap. The lady that checked me out also happens to be the manager- for good reason! She was very courteous and answered my questions right away! Great food, good prices, great customer service- what more could you want? A definite 5 star experience for me!

I ordered from this place for the second time giving them the benefit of the doubt from the first time. I ordered 2 salads through the app. I asked for extra ranch dressing, extra cheese and extra meat. Some of my toppings were missing, the representative had an attitude both times when I asked for ranch dressing in which they used the dressing off the line and squeeze it in a small cup which is smaller than the actual packet. I was very specific about the extra dressing with my order. I don’t live in the area but this Subway by far is the worst and the most unfriendly. If I’m gonna pay for something let me get it the way I like it and not the way you want me to have it. It was like a tug of war getting extra dressing and more crackers in which I paid $.50 extra for each cup. They say that only one cup of dressing comes with that large salad. I definitely won’t be back to this location. Tired of going back and forth.

If I could give a zero I would. The manager is rude as hell. I ordered 2 subs and my order was cancelled. They would not give me a refund. Saying I should get it from door dash. Everytime I called she hangs up on me. I had to go to the store and she was so unprofessional. She should not be a manager if she doesn’t know how to talk to people.

I love this subway. I can order online or walk in and experience the same level of courteous service. Normally the female manager is there by herself and knows exactly what I want but lately there has been a new lady who does just as great a job. I get disappointed if I have to eat at the others in the area.

Now I’m drink less because they don’t take the sweet rewards coupon for taking their survey at THIS LOCATION. I was even more disappointed when I got back to work and the drink machines in the break area was all down. I expected a complimentary drink in exchange for my coupon saying I deserve one. Guess just not at this location. Note to self order at a different location if I have a coupon. The ladies who made my beautiful wrap were super sweet though.

I love this place. They recognize their regulars, even if it’s been a couple months since you were last there. I have always had fast and friendly service, even during lunch time when it seems like everyone down town is eating there. The staff is unbelievably friendly, and the decor is excellent as well.
