Me and my husband love this Dunkin’ Donuts because they have amazing customer service but today changed our entire outlook. We walked up to the counter to give our order and when I ordered my coffee she kept hollering at her coworkers in the back and interrupting my ordering so she can talk to a coworker, I gave her a little grace. Then she asked if we want the donuts in the same bag (I like my own bag for my donut, call me boujee) I told her no separate please…. She puts the donuts in the same bag!!! So I laughed and hadto walk away.
This experience made my husband not want to sit down and eat and he’s the guy that likes to sit down and eat inside

I see so many reviews on here talking about mobile orders having to wait, employees being rude. I was there today during their busiest time, when they are packed, and they have been dealing with short staff, as i go there often, they are doing the best they can with the volume of customers. The managers Maggie and Rochelle are great and always try to smooth out any problems, they both go above and beyond. Sometimes you do have to wait, but there might be reasoning behind that. I am proud to call 833 memorial my home dunkin!

I have never had an issue with this Dunkin’. I have ordered through the app with drive thru pickup, ordered through Doordash, and ordered in person through the drive thru also. Order is always correct and delicious.

This location doesn’t say hi to people. They will look at you while making coffee and not even say I’ll be right with you! I stood in place for 10 mins. Before anyone came to service me. I Always go through the drive-through but today is my day off so I wanted to come inside.. but will never come to this location due to the lack of Customer service..

Made a mobile order plenty of time in advance, pulled up to the speaker to check in no problem. Waiting in the drive through line for 5 mins isn’t bad, but when I get to the front and they hand me my food and and ask me to pull up and wait for my drinks while handing drinks to the people behind me kinda upset me. They had plenty of time to have my whole order ready before I got there, not to mention the time I was in line. Waited for a few minutes before walking in and was ignored, and they only wanted to give me only one of my drinks! They roll their eyes and go back to work at a snails pace. Everyone in the lobby talking about how they haven’t even been acknowledged standing there for 10 plus minutes. Something is wrong with this place. Oh plus one of my coffees was wrong I normally like dunkin, but instances like this are getting more common. customer service and accountability have completely gone out the window

I will start by saying that I do not like to leave a bad review generally, but I have had consistent issues with sitting in line in the drive-thru for too long. Everyone is always nice, and I’m not sure what the problem is. The longest I have sat is almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru line. I have also had instances where I’ve been asked to pull forward because they are still working on my food and I have sat and waited for over 10 minutes. I went in to get my food and it was cold and sitting on a shelf. Usually though, the food is fresh and hot. I come here almost every week. The wait time is always the main issue.

I legit went through the drive through and it’s taken 25 minutes to get my order. Got my sandwich first and had enough time to eat it at the window. I’m still waiting on my drink as I’m typing this.

Don’t go here if you are pressed for time. As I don’t fault the new hire as obviously she was still training but when she asked for assistance from a co-worker she was told NO! Not friendly, wasn’t greeted at all.

paid for extra cream cheese… did not even get enough to cover the entire bagel. why would I pay extra for not even the regular amount? Every customer that comes through with 1 medium drink and 1 food item must be such an inconvenience. it’s even funnier that I tipped. I basically paid for 2 extra servings of cream cheese lmfao.
