Unexpectedly I had to go grab breakfast for my crew of 14. I placed an order of 14 Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissan’wich and was told I should had it called in. Yeah maybe I should had but remind no one was in the drive thru and only me in the lobby. I apologized and said i can wait no rush. I proceed to place 14 sausage egg biscuits. I was told with that kind of order, I should had called in the night before. Am I wrong? Let alone they said they only have 6 biscuits. I apologized and said sorry ill just go else where. Went down the street to McDonalds, placed an order of 14 sausage egg mcmuffins, 14 sausage egg biscuits, and 14 hashbrowns. 10 mins! 10 minutes I was out of there with breakfast for my crew. Am i wrong?

The gal on drive thru headset was rude as hell on 1/20 the hair in the nuggets was pretty gross. Other than that, we were surprised the rest of the food was decent and fresh. Very surprising for a burger king! The awful gal on drive thru was bad enough to give a 1 star review tho.. I’d give 0 if it would let me.

I ordered a bunch of food… Was missing 3 burgers. What a joke. Called the store and was left on hold for 7 mins. Hung up tried to call back 20x’s no answer! Worst customer service ever.

I brought japalao cheddar bite and 2 kids meal. Wait about ten minutes and got my two kids meal. They lied to me about my cheddar bites and said it was in the kids meal. Thank goodness I parked and checked. Went inside and ask for my bites. The lady gave me a attitude and then told her cook to start making new cheddar bits. So they lied to me and made me wait then told me they didn’t even have it.

It takes way too long to get through the drive through. I suggest you order on-line and pick up, inside. Drive through is unjustifiably slow for “fast food.”

I really like this Burger King every time I’ve ever came here. The hamburger was hot.It didn’t taste like a cold cut. I came on Saturday, August 23rd, right, before 1030. They were doing breakfast and lunch. I got the whopper, junior and because I don’t like their fries. I was able to get some hash browns, which I believe that they took them off the warmer, because breakfast was getting ready to change over, but no big complaint.They don’t have to necessarily be hot for me.They still taste good. It was a pleasure to see a mature staff. People working not a bunch of kids, they don’t care most of the time at some of the other Burger Kings. I’ve gone to a lot that have immaturiness, while they’re working, and the food was not good. This burger king is on the top of my list as well as the one in Brooklyn Center over by Cub foods.
