Probably the best meal I’ve ever had. Started with the wings which were crispy and seasoned well. Delicious! We split the Bison Bolognese and Outlaw Ribeye with cowboy butter, mashed potatoes and green beans! 10/10. No notes! The bolognese was exquisitely flavorful. The steak was cooked perfectly and also very flavorful.
I can’t imagine they have a bad item on the menu with how good these dishes were. Our server Adela was super helpful and kind. She gave us some great local recommendations for food and in the park. We WILL be back one day.

TRUST ME. The best place to eat in Estes park that we literally went back twice! We got the Bison Bolognese and their outlaw steak oh my goooodd 1000000/10. All the staffs are very helpful and friendly. MIKE accomodated us very well, so polite and always check on us. PJ is so thoughtful and sooo kind and sweet!. We immediately dined here after we got married and He offered a cake as our special treat. 100% recommend this food place and will always go back here when we visit Colorado again. Thank you so much THE HIVE

Amazing experience at The Hive at Estes Park Brewery! We tried the pasta, sausage sampler, and fries—everything was delicious with generous portions. The pasta was rich and flavorful, the fries were perfectly seasoned, and the sausage board was a pleasant surprise with great pickles and mustard.
A huge shout-out to our server Batu! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient when explaining the menu. His warm attitude made our dining experience even better.
The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Estes Park!

Initially, the service was decent. We were on the first floor and the upstairs was apparently busy. This took our server from our table. It took longer than it should to get food orders, refills, and we had to go to the bar to ask for more napkins and get our check.
The food was nothing to brag about. The Mac and cheese had very little truffle flavor and was bland tasting. The elk burger had a decent flavor but there was a lot of grease. The salads are big enough for two people and the Caesar didn’t have any noticeable Parmesan on it. The brewers salad however, offered a variety on the plate.

Irem was a wonderful server! We loved everything that we had and even our little enjoyed her fish and chips plate. The atmosphere was really fun and cool. Definitely more on the urban side which we enjoyed. The food came out fast and delicious. Husband had the trout and I had the steak. Both were delicious after a day of hiking up in the mountains. Had the Rocky Mountain oysters and green beans and truffle fries.

The food was decent but not overly awesome. We came on Christmas Day and the service was great. Our waiter did a wonderful job. The pizza was okay. It had a bit of an off taste that we couldn’t quite identify. We took several pieces home with us and ended up just tossing them. The atmosphere and vibe were fun. Would give this place another try but order something else next time.

The service was perfect. Irem was our server and she was very attentive and helpful. We didn’t need a single thing because she brought everything we could’ve needed. Our food was amazing and very tasty. I ordered the Long speak mule and my husband ordered the chocolate stout whiskey sour and both drinks were very well made. We are just visiting the area but if we were locals, we’d be regulars here. We had a very pleasant experience!

He had good recommendations on the menu and the beer. Which was helpful. He was personable and talked with us which helps make us at ease. Reagan came back regularly after we got our food to check how we were doing and see if we needed anything. He was really attentive to us which made the dining experience comfortable and pleasant. Loved the Rocky Mountain Oysters

Aaron was our server, and he did an excellent job recommending items from the menu. We decided to try the bison short ribs and the trout, and you truly can’t go wrong with either—both were amazing. His service was outstanding; it genuinely felt like he cared and wanted us to have a great experience.

Food was amazing and our server Batu was very accommodating. He made food recommendations and also made a special order on one of my cocktails. I had the Altitude Burger Medium and it was fabulous. We also tried the Bison Bolognese and 10/10 recommend. Excellent portions. We shared the Gnocchi with Pesto perfect portion and amazing flavor. Service was incredible, when we first walked in, we were offered beer samples and tastings which was great because we got to see what we liked. We were constantly checked on by our server to see how everything was. We truly enjoyed our meal here.
