Placed an order through the app, told them at the window that each item was modified and to be sure to be careful. “It’s on the app, we got it, No problem!” was what the guy in drive thru said. Get home, and they’re made wrong. I called, and after a lot of confusion on their end, Connie (mgr) said I was able to get item replaced next visit. I know mistakes happen, but the modifications are clear as day on the order, and I even told them I had modifications, and it was still made wrong. Hopefully the manager has tips on how to get a correct order next time

Used to be the best taco bell spot. Last week I got chalupas from here and my chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way & chalupa shell HARD ASH! I tried to let them redeem themselves today because they could’ve just had a bad day that day…no. My crunchwrap was balled up & nasty. Disappointed.

Every other fast food worker and every other worker that is working in customer service should take a page out of Aeshia Play book. A perfect example of what a shining employee should be. Very friendly and helpful and going the extra mile that you rarely see nowadays. I watched as she helped people not just myself and she treated everybody exceptionally. If every place had employees like her there would be no such thing as bad customer satisfaction it would be five stars every time.
Will definitely be coming back to this location just because of her even though it’s a little bit farther away.

My husband visited Taco Bell in Raeford. He spent $74 and our order consisted of 2 smashed Mexican pizza and a missing crunch wrap. They kept hanging up and refused to give us the corporate number. We found it ourselves. Corporate said that what they did was unacceptable.

I’ve always been happy with the service and the food at this particular Taco Bell, however today is a different story. I went thru the drive thru & placed my order. They got my order correct there was no issue with that, but, when I got home & saw the condition my Mexican Pizza was in, my blood began to simmer. The box looked like it had been stepped on. I opened it and instead of a Mexican Pizza, I had a smashed up pile of Mexican Pizza mush. I couldn’t bring myself to even try to eat it. This is no way to treat loyal customers!
I worked all day, didn’t feel like going home & cooking so I chose to go by Taco Bell to get take out. I will be more careful where I choose to get dinner after a long day at work from now on.
