My wife had the French onion stuffed meatloaf with grilled zucchini and squash. I had a H3 grilled pimento cheese with fresh creamed spinach. Daughter had grilled chicken…. then she got a huge piece of cake called death by chocolate cake, and I had lemon pound cake and coffee…

I went to this restaurant.today to see about purchasing a few slices of the Key Lime Pie that a dear friend makes for this H3 restaurant.
I was here last week with the Red Hat Ladies for lunch. This restaurant does NOT have any fried food at all. I suppose that is ok for a lot of people but sometimes i want some fried Sweet Potatoes or a good Chicken Fried steak. I do like vegetables and some salads but sometimes you just want something fried with it. Also, i am unable to eat a whole sandwich and had asked if i could get a children plate. Nope. So i ate half of a Western something and brought the rest home. Its not really good after its been in refrigerator. The best thing i had to eat that day was the piece of Key Lime Pie! Thanks.

Wow, friendly smiling people the minute we walked in. Smelled good, we were offered a sample of the daily soup which was a smokehouse stew. So tasty. Menu is great, light and heavy fair. Plus beer and wine!! You must try the meatloaf!
