It was fine, about what you expect from Sonic. A little slow & they did get my side order wrong but it worked out because it was all cooked well and was tasty. So maybe just an error typing it into the order, but not the end of the world. Staff was really nice and seemed to be having a good time in the night shift. Always like seeing people enjoying themselves while they work.

Medium blast is nearly the same size as a small. Fries are stale and burnt.

I should have read the reviews before coming here. Lesson learned, will never return to this location.

This has to be the worst yet, out of all the others, I haven’t had sonic for a while, first off, it was empty, I can figure why, the young man in there, super rude, on the drive thru he’s very unprofessional by Rushing you, giving attitude for ordering more things, and once you get to the window, it was so expensive now, that he must of overcharged for him to keep the money, 18 dollars for a burger and mozzarela stucks is too much, he takes the payment and almost tosses the card with the receipt back. To get the food, didn’t take but 3 minutes, to give the bag and slam the widnow close. I ate a tott, and it tasted it like the oil on the frier haven’t been changed for a year, it was disgusting, I didn’t want to go back to avoid any confrontation with the frustrated teen. Then the burger was in a smaller box, idk if those boxes are charged to the employee, but it was squished beyond looking appetizing, I also ordered mozzarella sticks, and they were cold. Seemed like he just packed whatever for being the only customers there. This needs someone’s attention ASAP

if i could give this place zero stars i would. the employees here are so rude. there were 2 lady’s me and my husband interacted with that were rude for no reason. we were picking up a doordash and pulled up to the window. we were yelled at for coming to the window? we were so nice and they were so rude straight off the bat. there was a car behind us that kept honking cause she wasn’t being helped by the employees. so i’m not sure if they thought it was us honking? but there was still no reason for them to be rude the way they were.

Was on this side of town. Stopped before heading home. Total was $21.21. paid with$50.21. Was given $28 dollars back. Stole a dollar from us. No point in hiting the button to call them, they took forever just to get the order. Onions rings were burnt and hard too. Never coming back to this location staying on East side.

This location continues to get worse. I placed a mobile order which the manager marked as complete before I even reached the store due to their corporate metrics putting pressure on employees. I tried to not make a big deal out of it and just complained and wanted my food. They brought the food out rather quickly, however they did not provide me the correct burrito that I had ordered and instead gave me a much cheaper burrito. I called the store to complain and the manager gave me attitude and said she “made the burrito herself and she guarantees she gave me the ultimate meat and cheese”. So now they are lying about metrics as well as lying to customers about the food they ordered. I will NEVER be visiting this location, let alone any Sonic location ever again because of the attitude of the manager working there on Jan 4th 2026 at 12:00PM MST. I contacted corporate about this issue and have photos disproving the lying manager. What a joke.

Edit December 29 2024: worst visit I have had to sonic yet. They got rid of the gravy with the chicken tenders, and it comes with groovy sauce now. Groovy sauce was nonextistent with my food which had 6 tenders and should have had 2 sauces. Onion ring entirely burnt and inedible, and the tats were way oversalted. They gave me an end piece of bread that wasn’t even toasted and had no butter. Sad what this location has become, I used to love it.

The food is usually pretty good at Sonic. I cannot believe that this is counted as a chicken tender and that I got TWO of these. This is robbery! Left is a normal sized tender , and right is what sonic counts as a regular tender. 2/5 of my 5 count were that small… That is just ridiculous.

Don’t go here! This is the worst Sonic ever! The two times I’ve tried them they’ve ruined my order. First a burnt corn dog and over cooked fries, the 2nd time I ordered a queso burger, they gave me a cheese burger with lettuce and a tomato, then threw some hatch chillies on it. The kids meal was over cooked too. When you call the number on the receipt, to speak to a manager, no one answers, ever! If I could give less than 1 star I would. The drive through attendants spoke nice, but the cooks must not know the menu.

Be careful using the restroom! I stopped to buy some food and drink from sonic I saw that they conveniently had a restroom I could use. I was in The restroom actively relieving myself. When a sonic employee knocked twice and barged in under 5 secs from the knock. didn’t give me no time to respond when I had locked the door the employees use the master key to access it without even considering there was someone inside.

Not only did it take over 10 mins to get my online order but when they come out they tell me they don’t have slushes… What? And then they proceeded to ask IF I would like to replace it with something else! I paid for slushies!!
This has never happened at any other sonic. Wil never be going back to that one again if i could give no stars I would

I order my meal ahead around 8:31 and headed to the restaurant 5 minutes later. Do the usual and let them know I am there and I wait and wait after 20 minutes I tell the worker walking by that I am still waiting for my one shake and one burger and she says she will get it for me. After 10 more minutes I press the button and let them know. One of the workers comes running to my car and informs me they are remaking everything. I finally get my order after 30+ minutes for two things and they didnt even offer to compensate me for something or upgrade my medium shake to a large. All I received was mints. The worker that came to my car was a nice young man but 30 minutes for a shake and a jr burger is crazy. I usually have good experience with this store but not today:
