Excellent as always. The food here is always incredible, absolutely top quality dining and service. Honestly cannot recommend it enough, we live hundreds of miles away in Scotland but Gianni’s is still our favourite restaurant.

Delicious food – from the bread and tapenade to the lovely ice cream and mango sorbet. Can particularly recommend the pistachio ice cream. The service was excellent and there seemed to be lots of locals enjoying their meals as well.

We turned up on spec this evening when the restaurant was fully booked. Il patrone made a table available for an hour, in which time we each had an amazing piece of grilled tuna with spinach and veg, plus sharing two lovely salads. All served promptly, beautifully cooked, and served so swiftly that we had time for a coffee at the end as well. Although we live in London, we will return. Grazie mille, alla prossima!

This restaurant is amazing, the food is amazing, the service is friendly, it is sort of quiet around 8:50. The portions are perfect and shareable. It is wheelchair friendly with a ramp, and stairs. If you are planning Italian in Harrogate (or around), go here!

Food is excellent, staff are friendly and attentive providing excellent service. I’ve been going multiple times a year for the past 12 years and its always been fabulous. My mum is gluten free and they provide some excellent safe options for her with pizza and pasta able to be made gluten free.

There’s a good variety of dishes on the menu, although not particularly good for vegetarians and vegans.
I didn’t particularly like the atmosphere, as it felt and looked too much like a canteen.
The service throughout was great, friendly and efficient.

Lovely meal out, we called ahead by about 30 minutes and had a table reserved for us outside. We were seated quickly undercover with a heater. Delicious food, lovely service. We had the crab and avocado starter to share and then a pizza and a calzone. Both were very nice and high quality. Highly recommended.

Has a lovely meal here on a wet Thursday evening in October.
We had a garlic bread with mozzarella between us for starters & it certainly did not disappoint. Very garlicky & cheesy!
For mains my husband had the inferno pizza which was nicely hot as expected & I had the lasagna al forno which again was delicious.
Unfortunately we had no room for dessert as there was a great selection on the menu .
The staff were polite, attentive & friendly & it’s a shame we don’t live closer so we could come back whenever we feel like a great meal. Will definitely return when back in Harrogate.
