A Slice of Paris in Pinner: The French Corner Review
If you’re looking for an authentic French escape without leaving Pinner, look no further than The French Corner ! Seriously, oh my god, you genuinely don’t need to book a flight to France anymore; the spirit, the flavour, and the ambiance are all right here. We absolutely loved our visit and are already planning our return. ❤️
 Ambiance & Vibe
From the moment you step in, you are transported. The restaurant boasts a truly jazzy French ambiance that is sophisticated yet wonderfully cozy. It’s the perfect setting, whether you’re having an intimate dinner or a cheerful gathering with friends.
 ️ The Cuisine: Truly Authentic
The food is the star of the show. Every single dish we tried was a triumph of classic French cooking, served with passion.
The Wine: The white wine selection was superb, pairing beautifully with our meal.
Starters: The onion soup was deep, rich, and utterly comforting—a perfect classic.
Mains: I highly recommend the French burger (a brilliant twist !) and the Tartiflette, a glorious, creamy mountain dish made with potatoes, bacon, onions, and that wonderful melted Reblochon cheese. It was absolute perfection.
Desserts & Coffee: For the grand finale, we indulged! La crème brûlée had that perfect crack and silky custard texture, and les macarons were delicate little bursts of flavour. Finishing with le café rounded off the meal perfectly.
 Final Verdict
The French Corner serves some of the most authentic French cuisine we’ve had outside of France. The attention to detail, the welcoming service, and the genuinely lovely atmosphere make this a must-visit spot in Pinner.
We love it ! See you again soon !

A wonderful find in Pinner. Service was friendly and helpful. We loved the freshness of the food and the taste was authentically French. We had 2 bottles of Sancerre, which was lovely and well priced.

The team there have an excellent and simplistic menu, and a selection of Red and White wines that are reasonably priced. We enjoyed the ambience. It’s a cosy place ideal for a family meal, a date, or a date night. We look forward to going back very soon.

I found The French Corner a year ago. My husband Alex is from France. From the first day he said it felt like home. It is true and authenticity of the ambience, service and food. It’s my favorite place to go. Marion and Dinesh have a real gem.

Had a wonderful romantic meal here and would highly recommend it. We had boeuf bourguignon and the sea bass for mains and both were beautifully done. The red wine (pictured) went down a treat.

Absolutely lovely atmosphere. The owner is wonderful (extremely French ❤️) and pairs your wine with each meal. It’s definitely a slow, leisurely paced and relaxing environment with friends, not somewhere to go for a quick meal. Good value for the amount of food, the seafood was very fresh. It’s small so I would book.

Delicious, fresh and authentic French food! It’s good that they also offers more regional dishes like Tartiflette which are harder to find in the mainstream French restaurants. Longer waiting time as it’s one chef cooking when we were there. But the restaurant is really cozy and pretty so I don’t mind it on a day when I can just relax.

Great atmosphere, like being transported into a French home back in 1940s with a home like decor and French music playing.

The croissants were soft and flaky tasted amazing! Ordered the bombay sandwhich which had a delicious spicy chutney inside with potatoes on a sour dough bread – highly recommend.

Lastly the savoury crepes were cooked to perfection.

Owner was super friendly! Would definitely come back!
