While ordering in the drive through I said 2 different times I’d like cold foam in my ice coffee, when we pulled up and were handed our order I was given the most light colored coffee ever with no cold foam. When the guy came back to the window I said hey you forgot the cold foam and he shut the window on me without saying a word and didn’t come back. Not to mention when I tried my coffee it tasted like straight water and when I opened my bagel it was rock hard and extremely burnt. Wasted my money at this place.

We stopped here on our way through town to grab our favorite latte. I wish I knew the young man’s name who waited on us because he gave phenomenal service. The place was clean and lots of parking. Highly recommend.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences here – but this one just upset me a bit more than usual – first – lady was so rude – like I was interfering with something (I went through drive thru ) I ordered and when my stuff got handed to me I said thanks and even left a tip! Then I get my food – LOLOL Bagel so overdone it was like a bagel chip and it was burnt- hashbrowns were just mush – literally mush and fell apart – GROSS. – the coffee – ehh but then I got a donut for my son- it was the tiniest stalest donut I’ve ever seen – literally the size of my key fob – and it was so stale – my 4 year old didn’t even want to eat it – I’m never going back – the “deals” they have aren’t great when nothing is edible and the regular priced donuts are bite size – I should have just demanded my money back – please go elsewhere- worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too!

I asked for a special request that they said they could do. What I received was awful. They should be embarrassed they sold these. They should have called and said they didn’t workout and offered regular donuts. If I picked these up instead of my son I would have asked for a refund. When I called all they said was they tried. Not a great experience or customer service.

The young girl working the drive-thru window should not be around food. Dreadlocks flopping around, nasty looking 4 inch nails and an attitude to match. She doesn’t even know what an apple fritter is. She gave me a jelly filled doughnut and said this is what an apple fritter is. The coffee was old and tasted cooked. It’s sad what this Duncan Doughnuts has become. I guess I’ll have to buy at Bosa instead.

I recently visited Dunkin Donuts and unfortunately had a negative experience. Firstly, the coffee was filled too high in the cup, and when I opened the lid to pour in creamer, it spilled all over the table. I had to use many napkins to clean up the mess, which was frustrating. They gave me second empty cup pour overflow coffee in that . Additionally, the bagel I ordered was burned and table near drive through sofa chair table was wabbling badly which was not a pleasant experience.
Overall, I was disappointed with my visit to Dunkin Donuts. Although the staff was polite, the quality of my order was not up to par. I hope that the management can address these issues and improve their service in the future.

Came in person to buy a couple of donuts and a drink. Stood at the register and no one even acknowledged my presence. There were at least 4 people working out front but they only seemed to care about the drive through. Eventually gave up and left so I can not rate the donuts

Over half of our order is missing on the Uber eats app and they told us to cancel on our end/refund it ourselves. They have a tablet where they can do that themselves and they won’t pick up the phone. Get a new espresso machine!

I really wish I had seen the reviews for this location before I stepped foot in there. Long story short, I wasted 20 minutes of life waiting for my order that never came. On top of that, everytime I tried to check on it with an associate, they would pretend like I wasn’t there; even the manager on duty dismissed me and stayed in a corner for the rest of the time I was there. You also had one associate who appeared to be on the phone under the guise of working on a broken machine and ignoring everything and everyone else. Don’t waste your money here.
