When the roast beef is cooked right and sliced right, it’s unbeatable. Today it was perfect! Plus the young lady working the front counter did the work of 3 and did it well and with a smile. Very good job all around.

Ordered a classic roast beef and a big cheesy bacon burger with meals. Wanted only cheese, lettuce and bacon on the burger. Repeated it a couple of times, cashier (a manager) repeated it back, receipt states exactly what I ordered, but received a plain cheeseburger… no lettuce or bacon and the cheese was not melted at all (burger not hot). Took it to the register, stated the issue with the lettuce and bacon. The cashier apologized profusely, took it back to the line, repeated exactly what needed to happen, brought it back to me and said the cheese is nice and melted (I hadn’t said anything about the cheese). Got back to the table, instead of lettuce it had tomatoes. Ate into the burger anyway and although the exterior was well (really well) done, the inside had a pink tinge to it. Not bad enough to not eat, but not done as it should have been. My wife’s roast beef and both our curly fries were cool to the touch.

Arby’s is a restaurant we enjoy going to on occasion and are happy to see after 18 years of it being run down on the inside they finally remodeled last year. But the food quality the last couple of times we have been there has left a lot to be desired. By the state of the food we received, it very much seems like it was food prepared ahead of time and not kept properly heated. The fact the line didn’t actually correct the issue after it was returned says they need more training on paying attention to detail. Hopefully this will be the last visit of issues like this.

This is the slowest operating fast food joint I have ever seen in my life. In the span of 30 minutes I watched 2 cars including myself get through the drive through and 8 drive away after being tired from waiting. Why not just go inside you ask? Well service was just as slow as people waiting by the counter were not moving nor being served. If you want to waste an entire lunch breaks worth of time without getting a single bite in then thus place is for you. If you value your time in the slightest then go literally anywhere else. Had my order not been already paid for through an online order I would’ve left with everyone else who walked out.

Edit: they also did not put any bacon on my order (thanks for scamming me out of that $1.50) and put items on that were requested to be removed. Pitiful establishment

We waited AT the intercom for 15 minutes before putting our order in, yes we could have gone inside but there is almost Noone here. At the window kit hen looked confused and no urgency. Waited another 10 minutes for 2 beef and cheddar. I love Arby’s but I do not see them staying in business much longer at $25 bucks I can go have steak and quicker service

The manager at 7 pm gets a huge kudos for busting butt and right up front helping staff when extremely busy, he made sure if any orders incorrect they were fixed. He did a incredible job considering how drive threw was full, after me n a man in front of me were waited on I knew others came in but hadn’t turned around, but when I did there were about 10 more people in line. So many managers don’t help staff as this man did, he deserves a raise for sure. Granted we all had to wait, but fryers only work so fast and can only put together sandwiches so fast also. I may have had to wait 15 mins or close to it, but 43 yrs ago in college I worked in fast food and know how busy it can get but this was 7 pm and drive threw n inside full.

Shut down the drive through if you aren’t going to use it. Customers shouldnt be waiting 20minutes for a single car in front of them to order because the person at the intercom continues saying “sorry give me a minute”. I waited over a half hour for refrigerator temp mac and cheese and a lukewarm sandwich. Absolutly insane, and will NEVER be stopping again. I can go through the drive through at mcdonalds with 10 cars in front of me and spend less time in que and get legitimately warm food. Get your act together or go through and clean house and hire people who will do their job.

I got 2 chicken ranch wraps, I was eating the last one and thought it was very sharp. The tip of the ranch pouch plastic was in my wrap. I went in to let them know and was offered a new wrap when logically I should have been offered a refund. Improve your customer service please and take better precautions when preparing food.

The Jalepeno Poppers with Bronco Berry Sauce was served hot and the were a quick treat. The curly fries were also hot and fresh. My peach lemonade had too much syrup in it though and my wife’s Jamocha milk shake hardly had any mocha flavor and was similar to a vanilla milk shake.

This place has been on a downward spiral for awhile. I stopped after not being in the area for a while and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had there. The staff could have been a little more attentive, however, it was painfully obvious that the issues they were experiencing were directly related to lack of support and training. Hopefully they find a balance of good management soon.
