I had an outpatient surgery today and during surgery, we talked about the mexi dip and chips. I was npo and hungry and went to this location on my way home through the drive through since surgery was on my leg. I handed my tax exempt and military ID and they never gave me a price. They handed a small sweet tea and my cards and receipt out to me. Then they gave me a bag. I headed home and went in the bag to get the muchaco, and pulled up a wrapper. I looked in the bag and in the bottom of the bag was a taco. The wrapper didn’t even look crinkled or folded. I went to check the receipt to make sure the number 6 came with a muchaco, and realized I was charged for someone else’s order.
I went back and had to walk inside (mind you I just had surgery on my leg), and I asked for the manager. The man at the counter said okay and asked what was wrong. I told him I got charged for the wrong order. He immediately got rude with me. I took the mexi dip container out and opened it and said I got part of my order I requested, but I got a taco instead of a muchaco and the taco wasn’t even in the wrapper. He yelled at me and said they don’t do that. Then told me he wasn’t my pin cushion. I asked him what he was talking about. I told him I just had surgery and had to come inside because I was charged wrong.
He told me he can see I had the wrong order and kept telling me I ordered the number 5 and they would make it fresh for me. I told him again I ordered the number 6 and just wanted the muchaco that comes with it and to be charged the right amount.
He had them make a muchaco, wrote number 5 on my receipt and told me that he can’t refund me.
I was not in the physical position to argue with him. My leg was hurting. I took my food back to my car and left. However, I tried calling both Edmond locations and both phones give a busy signal.
I was charged for an order I didn’t make or get, and it was more money than my order. The number 6 is under $9.89 dollars. With my tax exception and 20% military discount, it should have been $7.91. I was charged $10.67. I was charged $2.67 over what I should have been charged. He said he can’t give me my money back and was rushing me out the door being very rude. He mocked the holiday by saying “look, we put up all these Christmas decorations for you” because I had on a hoodie with the grinch on it. He kept over talking me and telling me, “next time you come in I got you”.
I got home and took a photo of my meal (the number 6) and the receipt. This is very horrible customer service. I handed my card and information through the window to the lady and was over charged for an order that wasn’t mine, and told nothing can be done and I can’t get my money back. How is this legal?
Below is what they charged me for and my authorization number. You can see where the manager wrote
“#5 Much” on the back of the receipt. I also included the photo of my order, and the receipt.

First off – you know this isn’t Teds. This is fast food Mexican. I have seen around every part of this store. I inquired with the manager and he gave me a quick tour. Every part of it. It is super clean all around and 95% of the food is made from scratch. This is not Taco Bell where the meat is shipped to the store, reheated, and served. This meat is made from scratch. I saw tubes of RAW ground beef which was 80-20, and they cook this from scratch. The salsa and every other condiment (except GAUC) is made from scratch. The guacamole shows up already ground up but is seasoned and served at Bueno just like the containers at the grocery store. This location is immaculate and I highly recommend it if you like Bueno. I have nothing negative to say about this store. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best locations we’ve been to! Danny was a phenomenal employee – he treated us so good as customers – he went above and beyond. We had a group of 9 and service was top notch. Food was hot and fresh and delicious. Restaurant was very clean. All the employees were fun, interactive, nice, and welcoming. We may make our way to this location every time we need Bueno!

If you are ordering at night, which is when I’m usually here, don’t expect stellar service. Your food will be correct in the messy bag that is hastily thrown out the windows at you as you are dismissed from the drive thru. Foods great. Service is mostly nonexistent. I’m not usually in a drive thru for ambience so for me it works out.

Love this location! We love Mike and the rest of the staff! They are always friendly and so nice. We refuse to go to the Edmond location because it seems dirty and generally smells like sewage but this location is kept clean.

Placed an extremely large order via the drive through on my way back to Wichita. Not only did they get my order correct, but they provided me with lots of extra sauce. I informed the drive through worker that I was bringing the food back to Wichita, so he even double bagged for me so I could put it in my cooler. Food was excellent, couldn’t be more pleased.

I ordered online… When I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready… I had to pull around and wait… Then they seem to forget about me so I pulled back around… Then they said the order did pull up… And they gave it to me… After all this… Two burritos! Two burritos! Forget this place!

Food wasn’t as good as usual. Definitely have had a lot better. They said they were training new people. The main thing was the ingredients were lacking on the beef mucho nachos. The two bean burritos I had were also very thin. So overall it wasn’t the best experience I’ve had there.
