This place was great it managed to have it looking like a sleek modern design and somehow managed to make it look like a real Italian restaurant the food? drool inducing really good and the employees were very nice to all of us they joke around and still do there job and as you can see we ate this up and the breadsticks were even better than Olive Garden
And the amount of gluten free items is crazy and vegetarian so 10/10 actually no 100/10 more than perfect

Came to this place with no expectation and it surprised me. I had the original Italian sub and it was the best sub I had at this price point. On top of this, you get unlimited bread sticks. The workers check with you frequently if you need any help, which is very uncommon in a quick service place. Suzanne’s service is top notch. She always greets you with a warm smile and makes you feel welcome.

Food came out with hair in it. We let them know and the first offer was that they would give us dessert. Maybe the food inspector should go in and see that no one with facial hair was wearing a mask. Went there for my daughter’s birthday cause she likes pasta. She left hungry and sick to her stomach.

I never got to experience a fast order style pasta restaurant. . Fazoli’s was fantastic. The menu has plenty of variety and the food came out quick and correct. Servers continued around the dining area offering plenty of bread sticks and keeping the tables clean. Keith had an exceptional customer orientated personality.

Fazolis is always my go to for affordable, good food. I love their breadsticks more than Olive Gardens (shhhhh) but we always have great customer service as well! Today, Keith brought us fresh breadsticks consistently without us needing to ask. Very nice guy! I don’t know the cashiers name but she was also super friendly and inviting.

We like the breadsticks at O.G. Here they are not greasy! Keith checked on our table of 5, several times making sure we never ran out of breadsticks. I would give a 5 for service, but apparently Keith wasn’t there when we first got there. I had to go up to the counter and ask for more breadsticks – even though there was only 3 other diners in the whole restaurant.

Diamond provided outstanding service during my visit. She was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was accurate, even taking the time to double-check details with a positive attitude. Her professionalism and upbeat energy really stood out and made the experience more enjoyable than a typical fast-food stop. It’s clear she cares about customers and takes pride in her work.
